He was honest about what could and couldn't be expected given our situation, quoted reasonable rates in keeping with the market, made us feel that the job and its success were a priority to him, and did great work. It looks as good as new (if not better) and he gave us resources to protect it moving forward. Highly recommended!
Sir Grout did a fantastic job of regrouting our kitchen sink area, cleaning our travertine floors and resealing a couple of our showers. Yes, they were responsive as they called for an appt right away to bid the job. Pricing was about the same as another competitor who had done a previous shower last year but left our shower with missing grout and never told us. Sir Grout disclosed every little issue they saw. They are true tile professionals.
