I saw an ad on Facebook for Sir Grout. I said let me call this might be what I've been looking for. Fred, the sales guy was amazing. Showed me samples of what it will look like and promised me the floor will look amazing. Stephan was my tech. Amazing, very knowledgeable. Awesomely I have a whole new floor at a reasonable price. Are your marble floors and countertops dull and dirty? There is an answer other than replacing them! My beautiful home is almost 20 years old but new to us five years ago. I did not notice how bad the marble floors were until we had moved in. There were so many water marks and stains in my kitchen and just overall dullness in all the high traffic areas. It bothered me until yesterday when the Sir Grout team did their stuff. Now I look at my marble and it makes me smile! I cannot say enough about this service.

I like that he set reasonable expectations and since all I wanted was an improvement, we were on same page. I reasoned that for the price it was worth trying before resorting to the expense and inconvenience of new floors. I never expected the perfection that I received.
A week later the friendly super nice guys arrived right on time, took charge of moving the furniture outside and getting down to the nitty gritty of first cleaning my floors and grout. Then the honing and buffing began and lasted for several hours. I also had terrible water spots on the gorgeous red marble vanity and sink tops in our primary bath that Zach assured me could be brought back to a high shine.
When they were finished and they called me in, I could not have been happier. My floors are a mirror of marble. They are just beautiful and the grout lines are clean. I cannot stop looking at them. It is hard for me to believe that these guys could put that kind of shine on ROCK. Then when I saw my bathroom countertops... oh wow wow wow. The crystal lights reflected in the shine. No more water spots. They look like a new install. The best part was NO MESS... this was not easy work but these guys worked super clean and made sure all the mess was contained and removed. Then they put back all my furniture.
There are just some things that make you smile when you look at them. I have a couple of Louis Vuitton pieces that make me smile. I have cats that make me happy.
