The team from Sir Grout did an amazing job in making the two bathrooms really "pop", with shower/tub walls and floor tiles looking like they were newly installed. The team leader was very experienced, very knowledgeable, and very competent. She was also very personable, polite, and accommodating. Her helper was hard-working and thorough. Her re-grouting on the kitchen countertops and sink gave a "like new" appearance. The quality of the work was worth every penny we paid. Their work exceeded our expectations. These guys are awesome! The work came out beautifully! Two full showers regrouting and sealing the tile surround. They took their time to make sure it came out professionally looking and nothing was missed. They didn't hurry toward the end. Instead, they asked me to look over both and make sure both look perfect before they left. We recently hired Sir Grout to clean, color seal and chalk our tub and shower. Chris the owner came out to give us an estimate. (You are lucky if you can even get anyone to come, view the project and give you an estimate). It had been forty years since we installed the tile and tub and it showed its age. Chris was pleasant and spend time answering all our questions. Brian, the technician, was equally friendly and professional and did an outstanding job. He kept us informed during each step of the process and answered all our questions during and upon completion of the project. Excellent job of cleaning up as well. We were completely satisfied with the work performed and the professionalism of Chris and Brian. We would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone in need of re-grouting and caulking.
We had Sir Grout come today to work on our floor and bathroom shower tile. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with the results. They were able to make everything look as if it was brand new tiles that were just laid down. The guys were extremely professional and friendly. We will be having them come back to seal our kitchen and bathroom countertops. I highly recommended them for all your tile cleaning needs. Well worth it!! 10/10 work!
During the first day we had some issues with the outcome but after expressing our concerns, John the owner did what it took to make us happy. He is very dedicated to his business and keeping his customers happy. We recently built a new house and invested in marble flooring for the master bath. Unfortunately, the builder left all kinds of spots on the floor that they didn't take the time to clean it properly before we moved in. My husband (who is extremely handy) was too nervous to do this on his own due to possibly messing up our initial investment. Jeff was recommended to us by Inman Park Marble that we got all of our countertops. Jeff came to our home, he explained everything, and we decided that we needed to do this. We do not have a huge master bath, but Patrick spent 6 hours at our home and was meticulous with his work, and clean up. He did a wonderful job. We personally feel better that our floor and shower were done properly, the way they should have been done before we moved in. Thank you, Jeff, and Patrick!

Marty and team have been wonderful to work with. They're very responsive, and have answered all of our questions and concerns in timely manners. Whenever we had issues, a technician would be scheduled as soon as possible to come out and they've all been so professional and friendly.
