In february 2023, we had Sir Grout do a refresh of our master shower which included steam cleaning, grout painting and recaulking. All was great. However, within a few months, we had mildew showing up despite our regular cleaning with the recommended solution.
We contacted Sir Grout and after talking with Tim, the Dallas office manager about the issue he said he wanted to get one of his lead technicians, Randy, to come out, size up the situation, and work to get the shower back to brilliant at no cost.
Randy came out yesterday (June 28). He: sized up and attacked the problems he encountered, did a fair amount of repainting and recaulking, and brought our shower back to brilliant. He spent over 4 hours on the task, was meticulous in his work, and was very informative along the way. It was a pleasure to work with him and we recommend him highly.

Here's another great review of the work done by Sir Grout! Andrew B and Daniel came today to clean the Master bedroom shower stall. It had never been cleaned professionally before. Andrew made my shower look like it did on day one. Sir Grout can do what we ordinary cleaners cannot do. I got in the shower and nit picked all over the tile and Andrew took care of every minute detail. Daniel cleaned my laundry room floor tile, a high traffic area. I'm so happy with how it looks. This is a very nice experience and I recommend Sir Grout Charleston highly.
Tim did a great job making two bathroom floors look like new. He also professionally caulked two showers. Communication was easy. Tim clearly cares about achieving a great outcome.
Sir Grout has put together a great team. I just had the grout colorized to blend with the wood look porcelain tile in my 2400 sq ft house. Every room and closet was tiled. I also had the master bath shower and bathroom floor colorized and treated with a Microguard product. I was a little anxious about the logistics of moving all my furniture around while I was in the house. Not a problem for these professionals. They work as a well coordinated team, fast, efficient and thorough. And all so pleasant. They made it look easy. And everything was put back in place perfectly.
