We have used Sir Grout in the past and just used them again. And we are just as satisfied as we were several years ago. The initial consultation was quick and easy. The service performed on our shower was exactly as described.

Ted Johnson knows his craft and was extremely professional and detailed in explaining how best to care for our granite, quartz, tile and grout. The installer, Dillon, was professional and meticulous, as well. We highly recommend this team and company!
Jorge did a thorough job of describing the steps that are involved in cleaning and restoring my shower. The grout in my shower had nasty and unsightly mold underneath the caulking which I could not clean using many types of cleaners. He explained why I shouldn't use typical bleach cleaners and the damage it does to the shower tiles and grout. I like the fact that they only use all natural substances that are not harmful to our health.
I have children and pets which the decision to use Sir Grout was a no brainer. Jorge is very knowledgeable and answers all the questions that I had in a timely manner. Great customer service is a must.
We had a great experience with Sir Grout Tucson and strongly recommend them. We had our home's travertine floor repaired and refinished. The floor was more than 20 years old and was somewhat worn, with a fair amount of scratches. Sir Grout's salesperson never tried to "upsell" us and carefully laid out the various options for us. We had one square of the floor redone (for free) to let us know exactly what the finished product would look like.
We are happy with a matte look with a modest shine that saved us money because it was less labor intensive. The entire process took about four days, but was well worth it. Our floor looks new. We had a three-person crew each day. Everyone was professional and meticulous, carefully moving furniture as necessary. Overall, this was a great experience for us as customers and we were very pleased.
We had Sir Grout out to clean, re-color the grout, re-caulk, and seal our fully-tiled master shower. Jada came out to inspect the site and provide a quote, she was great about answering a bunch of questions that I had concerning the process and had a quote to me in less than 24 hours. A week later Justin came out to perform the work, he was highly personable and respectful of our home, completing the project in a single full day. It took me less than 5 minutes to do some touch up painting the next day over a few drops of grout coloring that hit the drywall ceiling, I'm sure they would have sent someone out to do it for me if I had asked.
Working with Sir Grout was a pleasure from beginning to end, I won't hesitate to reach out again.
The technician worked on a large shower & bathroom floor, as well as the kitchen floor, backsplash, and granite counter. He was attentive to detail, did an excellent job, and explained the work & maintenance before finishing the work for the day. Highly recommend.
We had Anthony and Andrew renew our travertine floor, grout around our bathroom tub and shower. These young men arrived on time, worked efficiently and explained what they were doing and did a great job. They were very respectful to us and our home and belongings. I had stopped expecting this quality in workers today but were so very happy to see this in these two individuals. Please keep up the good work!!!
David did an excellent, professional, and efficient job at steam cleaning and sealing our shower floor. He spent extra effort on the steam cleaning to resolve some issues that avoided having to regrout the tile floor, thus saving substantial additional cost. Very satisfied customer.
