Chris and Chris did a wonderful job restoring our grout and tile in our kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, and our lanai. It looks like a brand new floor. 5 stars for them!

We decided to give Sir Grout a try to revitalize all the flooring tile and grout throughout our condo after their primary local competitor essentially doubled its prices since we last used that competitor. Following Sir Grout's work, there were a couple of small issues for which we had concerns. We contacted Ryan (the Business Manager) who personally came to our home and fixed every issue of concern. We are now VERY PLEASED with the results. We cannot speak highly enough of Ryan who is very attentive and respectful toward his clients. Many of the local businessmen could learn much from Ryan.
Mike and Oscar did an exceptional job. Oscar did an awesome job in our marble shower. He deep cleaned and color sealed the grout lines and clean sealed marble walls. He also cleaned and sealed the shower floor and replaced the shower caulking seams with epoxy grout because the old caulking was molding. Looks great! He also did the same with our master shower. Mike did a wonderful job in restoring our office, laundry and bathroom Terrazzo stone floor!! I am amazed and so happy that the stains are gone and the floor is shiny again! Love it! Thank you so much, Sir Grout! I would definitely recommend you.
We hired them to seal our new tile floor and later to color seal our shower. Ryan and his crew where pleasant, on-time and worked hard. Would recommend them.
We needed the grout in our bathroom and shower completely replaced. The original installer was either inept or used really bad grout as it started crumbling. Sir Grout did a tremendous job replacing it, the Sir Grout technician was awesome, friendly, and did a great job keeping the workplace clean.
The end result is fabulous, simply perfect.

We learned about Sir Grout through their Arlington magazine advertisement and contacted them for an inspection of our shower and proposal. While not cheap (large shower, took 8 hours), they were able to perform a cleaning/restoration - where we were unable to grout discoloration despite several attempts with everything from grout cleaners, soap scum cleaners, bleach, power brushing, and pressure spraying. The result is like new. Specifically want to mention their great communication and follow-up, as well as the professionalism and expertise of Carlos.
We were referred to Sir Grout by the contractor who remodeled our kitchen and whose referral we knew we could trust. The travertine stone tiles which were installed some 15 years ago, were badly in need of cleaning and sealing. Tim, the owner of Sir Grout, personally came over to inspect the floor and give us a quote. The flooring had a detailed mosaic border which required special effort and care to restore. He actually got down on his hands and knees and scrubbed a section to evaluate the condition! He carefully explained what it would take to restore the floor. But the big question was - who would be doing the work? When he said he would - we hired him!
He was timely, professional and obviously a perfectionist. We are very happy with how the floor turned out. Additionally, he gave us important information about how to care for the floor going forward. Tim did an excellent job and as an added plus, he is very personable and a pleasure to work with. We recommend Sir Grout without reservation.
