We had a terrific experience with Sir Grout. Teresa was friendly, easy to work with, and gave me good advice (and options) about the cleaning and resealing of our master bathroom shower and floor. Markus, the technician, communicated really well, came and left on time, and did an amazing job getting everything restored and sealed. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

I have a large bathroom, with large floor tiles. The grout was crumbling in some areas and a few tiles were shifting when you walked on them. Had them come out and pull up the loose tiles, reset them, repair the grout where needed, and do a cosmetic touch-up to all of the grout. The price was reasonable, they were on time, got it done in one day as committed, and it looks great. So very happy right now.
