Nick did an incredible job repairing our cracked tiles, regrouting, and making the floor look new. The outcome exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend.
Mark was highly responsive, polite, and respectful. He did not try to oversell me and even when I inquired about services that would have made him a lot more money, he was honest with me and had no qualms about telling me that he'd do it but that he didn't think it was necessary. This honesty is a win for me because I felt very confident in the work and prices quoted. The tech who worked on our grout, Bruno, was also very respectful and answered all questions we had about upkeep of the grout, products, and his process. We are a bit neurotic and like everything perfect. He didn't seem to be put off by us. We expect a lot of our contractors and Sir Grout did not disappoint. We will be using their services for our grout in the future and they are highly recommended. Kind, professional, fair, prompt, service-focused; what more can you ask for?

Chris and his team helped us clean and seal all the grout in our new home as well as repair, polish and seal our granite. All the work was done well and we are very pleased. They were very professional and took great care to keep everything clean while they worked. I would definitely recommend.

Wow! What a fantastic job Sir Grout did! Our 30-year-old bathroom floor looks brand new and the removing of old caulk and re-caulking around the tub looks amazing. Yazmine (sorry, I don't know the proper spelling of his name) arrived precisely on time, was friendly, professional and very skilled. He also re-caulked the kitchen counter behind the sink and did a bit of caulking around the floor of our basement bath. He chose excellent colors for all the caulk, which set off the tiles in both baths and the granite in the kitchen. Thank you Sir Grout. Excellent work!

The whole experience with Sir Grout Washington DC metro was great. The facetime meeting with Patrick for an estimate and scheduling was awesome, can't thank our technician Ed who came and color sealed grout on our bathroom floor and re-caulked our shower enough! Ed was on time, professional, explained his work process and did great work. Can't thank him enough, would definitely recommend!!
These guys worked very hard to restore our outside saltillo patio that had many coats of old finish and sun damage. They spent the time needed to do it right.
