Used their service to renew my shower and they did an excellent job to regrout and seal the shower walls and the floor. Courtney and Jorge from the office were great in scheduling the job and their technician, Jose was very detailed and meticulous and delivered an excellent job.

I was looking for a service to replace the caulking in my shower and clean the tile. I stumbled on Sir Grout online and submitted an online request. Boy, I'm glad I did! Jay, the owner responded the next day with a phone call and within a few days, his serviceman was here to do the job. Cody was on time, very professional and friendly. My tile wasn't too bad but Cody didn't cut any corners. He did a thorough job cleaning and sealing the tile and grout, and removed and replaced the old caulking. My shower looks brand new! I highly recommend Sir Grout.

They cleaned and polished our kitchen and a bathroom floors. They removed what appears to be about 10 years of use. They are now bright and shiny again. It lightens up both rooms. The technician that did the work was very professional and engage. He did a great job getting things cleaned and left nothing behind to even know he was here except for a lovely floor.
The virtual estimate with Patrick was surprisingly easy, and the actual appointment went very smoothly. Ed was terrific - prompt, professional, and personable. He clearly is devoted to excellence. He did a great job cleaning, caulking, and sealing our shower. As well as regrouting our bathroom floor. We were very pleased when he was finished. We would recommend their services.
We kept getting mold in our shower!! We had Sir Grout come out and clean caulk and seal our shower and it looks brand new!!! Manny was a great worker and very nice!!! Will definitely use them every time!!
Personnel from Sir Grout of the Lowcountry were very responsive to my requests and did a superb job with my shower at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to restore or repair tile walls and flooring.
