We are very pleased with Sir Grout. We had the option of someone coming to the house or a virtual option was offered, and we chose a virtual appointment. Our representative, Teresa, was thorough and explained everything that needed to be done and would be done. They required 1/3 of the payment once the estimate was accepted. Our technician, Markus, was punctual, polite, and extremely professional. If you are not ready to do a complete bathroom renovation, I would encourage you to go this route I can't believe it's the same bathtub and tile once he was finished. Thank you, Sir Grout Austin.
Sir Grout did a beautiful and quality job on our shower. The owner came in person to inspect the shower and was very thorough in explaining work needed and options. Scheduling was easy enough and the cost was reasonable. Sir Grout is a professional business that does quality work. We will use Sir Grout again.
Christina did such an awesome job explaining the process to us and taking the time to show us the different colors available. Very hard worker and stayed on project the entire time. Owner representative very personable and professional. Lead technician arrived on time and quickly suggested some improvements to the color and approach. The team of three worked diligently and kept everything tidy. A few areas needed more attention after they finished, but the field team jumped on it immediately without any challenge. I would hire them again.

Christina came to my house and she did an excellent job. She's very attentive to details and she really knows her business. I don't have a before picture but the old dark grey grout had been there for over 18 years and now the kitchen floor looks brand new. Thank you Christina for the wonderful job.
Sir Grout did an amazing job for us. Our master bath is tiled fully in marble-look ceramic that got an unfortunate grout color during installation 8 years ago. Now, the shower is starting to show signs of age and wear. Sir Grout cleaned the existing grout and tile, caulked where needed, and then turned our ugly brownish-colored grout into beautiful soft, light gray that perfectly matches the tile, it is such a gorgeous transformation and I wish I had done it years ago, we can't shut up about how much we love the results, it really does feel like a brand new master bathroom - amazing transformation, zero mess, super friendly people to work with, very reasonable pricing. This is what you sign up for when you go with Sir Grout! Thank you for a lovely experience!
Xavier was exceptional. He was respectful, thorough, and his work is absolutely amazing. I have had caulk and grout work done in the past and it does not even compare to the work Xavier did. Sir Grout listened to our concern which was that the caulk in our shower and a grout line in our bathroom continued to crack even after being replaced by another company. Sir Grout recommended using an epoxy grout that resists cracking instead of regular grout and caulk and it looks amazing. I could not be happier.
The Sir Grout team arrived on time, and all four went right to work. They were very professional and very respectful of the work areas - protecting all the surrounding areas as they attacked our multiple projects. They did a fantastic job refurbishing a 100-year-old newly-uncovered mosaic tile vestibule floor, deep cleaning and re-grouting our walk-in shower, and refurbishing our kitchen countertops. The men were friendly and a pleasure to be around. They finished the job on schedule and did a terrific job of cleaning up the work areas before they departed. I would highly recommend Sir Grout!
The work was performed professionally, on time and the result is visually very pleasing. It involved grout cleaning followed by Litokol Epoxy grout restoration in the bathrooms and the tile floor machine cleaning followed by SilTanium sealant application in the kitchen and the foyer. We shall watch long-term durability.
