John did exactly what he said he would do. Provided reminders of appointment and arrived on time. Did a fantastic job cleaning the grout of my bathroom floor and shower tiles. It now looks pristine white. He also removed silicon caulk between my kitchen granite and travertine backsplash and replaced it with the proper grout. It looks brand spanking new. He also said he could refinish and reseal my granite kitchen counter. So, I will probably have him back!
We hired Tim, owner of Sir Grout, to restore our bathrooms and kitchen prior to moving into a new home. Tim worked meticulously for days restoring, cleaning and regrouting all of the bathroom tiles and marble floors as well as our kitchen marble countertops. Everything from start to finish was perfect and I highly recommend this service. Everyone should have this done!

Looked around for grout service and stumbled upon Sir Grout. They had the best price along with the best reviews so I went ahead and set up an appointment. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. Those boys did a fantastic job. I forgot I had white tile until they came! Haha. Highly recommend.

We have been very happy with their thorough work. The owners are very "hands on" and critique every job after it is finished. They are particular, and noticed the need for a couple of touch-ups that I would never have noticed.

Fantastic job refinishing the master shower. Looks like new after a decade of wear and build-up. Excellent work and professionalism by Jonathan and Carter. Highly recommend them for any hard surface cleaning and restoration.

Reliable, honest and great value are but a few words to describe Sir Grout Houston. The owner, Jorge, was exceptionally detailed when describing the grout sealant and further detailed maintenance duties to keep my floors looking fabulous for years. No up sale gimmicks, which is a plus for those of us who recently moved into our homes and want to ensure the cleanliness and luster of the floors last through normal foot traffic. The price was reasonable and the customer service throughout was superb!
