The before and after is magazine worthy!
Our master bath shower grout needed refreshing and now it looks new. Their technician, Gabriel did a great job. He explained the process upon his arrival and left us with instructions to maintain.

Jaime and Henry arrived on time and immediately started to work. Jaime was very responsive to our concerns. They scrubbed the soap scum off our bathroom tiles where needed, grouted the entire bathroom tiles and caulked the area around the tub. The tiles look new and we are very pleased with the outcome. Jaime was very professional and I highly recommend them. Rich was the agent for Sir Grout and he set up the job and also was available for questions. What a great team!!!!
Ted was amazing! He provided an exceptional overview of our counters and backsplash. The quote was beyond reasonable. Within just a few days Xavier came to fix our counters and backsplash. He made them look brand new. They were being very professional, prompt and did an amazing job. I would def recommend them.

The process of having my grout fixed was amazingly easy and comprehensive from the moment I received my virtual estimate to the moment Romeo showed me the completed bathroom. Romeo's work was impeccable he answered all of my questions and told me everything that I needed to know to keep my tiles looking bright white. He was amazing!
This was the second time in about 5 years we used Sir Grout. First time, they grouted our old bathtub and stopped leaks that had plagued us for decades - and for which no one else we hired over those years effectively sealed. Our kitchen ceiling needed frequent repairs due to that leaking and we had replaced all the pipes so that wasn't the problem: it was ineffective grouting! Thank you, Sir Grout!
Second and most recent visit, we had Sir Grout re-grout our kitchen counter, which had deteriorated over the years, and we had them fill in some pockmarks on our travertine sink in the bathroom, seal the travertine, and clean and seal the stone-look tile around the tub and on the floor. I am ready for guests! Thanks again for helping us meet the challenge of good maintenance on our 1932 cape.
I usually don't leave reviews, but Sir Grout did such an amazing job on two of my bathrooms I just had to leave one. They were very professional, from the estimate to the finished product. Their prices were fair for the Major Face Lift they achieved in the two bathrooms. I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking to give a bathroom a whole new look at a fraction of the price. All work was done in a timely fashion with little to no inconvenience to me and my family!
I am a property manager and I needed someone to fix terracotta flooring in one of my properties that were in bad shape. Keith took on the challenge and the floors look great. It did take longer than estimated but it was definitely worth the wait. He took years of grim and wear and tear and turn them into masterpieces. He also refreshed the grout in the kitchen. I would recommend him if you need work on your Terracotta floors.
Excellent service. Professional and polite. I wasn't sure of the color and the tech was patient and helpful in choosing the perfect color. I highly recommend this company. I tried calling another company and they never responded. Sir Grout was responsive and did a wonderful job. The bathroom and other areas look like new.
