I was very impressed by Sir Grout's service. They responded to my request for an estimate in a timely manner and quickly sent someone out to look at what I needed done. Juan did an amazing job on the shower tile and all stain removal on the grout. Great job Juan, I do appreciate you doing a fantastic job.
We are very pleased with the work done by Sir Grout. The kitchen tile looks new based on the work they did. The work was high quality and done timely. We would definitely recommend them to others. Also, we had a quote from a competitor and they charged almost 3 times more than Sir Grout. We definitely feel that the service was worth it and very reasonable
This is my second time using Sir Grout. Both experiences with the company were excellent. Both Judi and Marty take the time to go over every detail about what the job requires. The technicians followed through with work completed in a timely manner according to all specifications. My original tile looks brand new in a house built in 1975. I couldn't be more pleased.
What a pleasure to review Sir Grout for a complete kitchen granite honing, sealing and re-grouting project as well as honing our damaged polished marble double sink. The double sink was also sealed, re-grouted and epoxy was used to fill where the sinks meet the marble. Nick was our craftsman and he was outstanding!
Several times during the project, he asked for my opinion. There was a special issue with the original seam in the kitchen granite and he problem -solved that like a champ! From pre-work all the way through clean-up, I would use Sir Grout again without question. The kitchen and bath look better than when first installed!
John saved our marble floor, it was cloudy and dull and looked dirty, we thought we were going to have to have it removed. John worked his magic and the floor is gorgeous, it is as pretty as it was the day it was installed. He also educated us on how to care for it and when I had an issue he came right out and fixed it. We will use him again and we highly recommend him.
We are very pleased with Sir Grout. We had the option of someone coming to the house or a virtual option was offered, and we chose a virtual appointment. Our representative, Teresa, was thorough and explained everything that needed to be done and would be done. They required 1/3 of the payment once the estimate was accepted. Our technician, Markus, was punctual, polite, and extremely professional. If you are not ready to do a complete bathroom renovation, I would encourage you to go this route I can't believe it's the same bathtub and tile once he was finished. Thank you, Sir Grout Austin.
Sir Grout did a beautiful and quality job on our shower. The owner came in person to inspect the shower and was very thorough in explaining work needed and options. Scheduling was easy enough and the cost was reasonable. Sir Grout is a professional business that does quality work. We will use Sir Grout again.
Christina did such an awesome job explaining the process to us and taking the time to show us the different colors available. Very hard worker and stayed on project the entire time. Owner representative very personable and professional. Lead technician arrived on time and quickly suggested some improvements to the color and approach. The team of three worked diligently and kept everything tidy. A few areas needed more attention after they finished, but the field team jumped on it immediately without any challenge. I would hire them again.
