Excellent service. The team was professional, efficient and involved us in selecting grout colors and resolving a couple of minor floor issues. The difference was significant. The two bathrooms and entryway look almost new.
We moved into an existing home and wanted a clean and sanitized shower. Jeff was very helpful explaining the process of restoring the beauty to our shower and floor. He even explained how to take care of the tile and grout in the future. The crew showed up right on time, worked diligently, and were very professional. The final result was amazing! It looked like a different shower! We are very grateful for the dedicated and honest treatment we received throughout this entire process.
Mr. Ken was just wonderful. It's so hard to find genuine people who enjoy a good day's work and care more about what's best for you than just making the sale. He graciously took time to help us with our unique tile issue, was extremely knowledgeable, and even reached out to contacts in the field to answer questions he did not know. His mission was to help us and we are just so impressed with him and his staff. Can't recommend Sir Grout Memphis enough!

I live in an older home and have had lots of workmen come in to do repairs. I have never had one as polite, meticulous, and professional as Samuel of Sir Grout. He was in my home all day and didn't even take a lunch break. My shower looks brand new and perfect. I would recommend Sir Grout and Samuel to anyone needing their service. They live up to their advertising.
I did not know where to start with my tile floors. I was frustrated because all the cleaning I do in my house my floors still looked horrible. I did my research on Sir Grout and called them to come out and give me an estimate. The owner Kathryn came and she was very friendly and honest with me on what service I needed. Her employee Jordan came out and reassured me everything was going to look great. After the job was done I am speechless. These pictures prove it all.
