Sir Grout New York did a great job of fixing my cracked grout in my showers and a few other areas in the house. It looks brand new and I am very happy with the results. When I decide to do a full re-grout in my showers and bathrooms, I will definitely call Sir Grout New York again.
They performed color grout sealing and repair of our kitchen floor as well as our bathroom floor and wall tile of our shower. Ramon was our service tech. He was very courteous and did a great job. We are extremely happy with the way things turned out. The kitchen and the bathroom look great!

My experience with Sir Grout was great. I scheduled an estimate online and Ethan confirmed and showed up on time and we discussed options for restoring the grout in the master shower, republishing the marble vanity and re-caulking the backsplash. He also looked at the caulking and backsplash in the kitchen. The quote came the next day and they had a cancellation so the work was done 2 days after the estimate.
David was the technician and he did a great job. The shower was a bit tricky as the floor has dark tile and dark grout. He made the repairs, did an acid wash, completed the epoxy grout in the corners and sealed everything. Looks awesome. Matched the existing grout color very well. He brought the shine back to the dark marble vanity and it looks better than it did when first installed. The kitchen was pretty straightforward and also looks good. The job took most of the day and David had a ton of equipment and supplies. He cleaned up the worksite and left everything spotless. Very happy with the work he did.

Received a phone call within a couple hours of leaving a message. I had an initial meeting with the owner who was extremely friendly and professional. Work was done within a week and Cody was excellent and informative about the work. I can't say enough good things about this company! I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to bid your project.
Had my marble tile re-sealed and asked them about honing a WAY too slippery polished marble bathroom floor. They recommended a simple chemical treatment whichever so softly "honed" the tile (imperceptible to look). It was super quick, not expensive and worked as promised. I now feel safe getting out of the shower. Everyone was great - both in providing the recommendation and estimate as well as the execution guys.
I am so pleased with the quality of the work that Sir Grout completed on my bathroom. Peter worked tirelessly and did excellent work. My bathroom looks brand new!
Joe did an excellent job refurbishing our shower (it needed help). Some of the grout was not installed right when out house was built. Got it repaired and looks like new.
