I have a very large area of 12" square marble tiles that had become dull and the grout was badly soiled. I had tried everything that I could to bring them back to life without success. I found Sir Grout on a Goggle search and decided to call them. A representative contacted me within the first day and they estimated my job within the same week. The estimate was expensive but I expected it would be for what I wanted done. (Total areas with marble polished to a bright shine, the grout cleaned and repaired, then sealed.) They arrived when scheduled and completed the job as quoted the second day.
I am very pleased. I needed to frame the cost in my mind as I was paying for their expertise which I really needed. Along with that expertise, I got a job started and finished as it was contracted, with no mess at the end for me to clean up. I will call them again

I would like to share my recent positive experience with Tim, the owner of a top-notch company, Sir Grout Westchester. The service that I received from the initial inspection of my master bathroom foundation to the grout restoration of my bathroom floor, tub and shower areas was exceptional! Tim and Victor arrived on time, and the work was completed professionally and in a timely manner. Tim is very knowledgeable, and he cares about the customer's needs, but what impressed me most was his attention to detail.
He came to see my bathroom a second time before the grout restoration process started because he found a grout color that he thought would be a better match for my 20-year-old tiles. I wish that I could find other vendors with the same level of devotion to customer satisfaction. My bathroom looks amazing! I highly recommend Sir Grout Westchester and Tim, you will not be disappointed.
I called and their follow-up was immediate, I met with the owner to do my project, very professional and thorough. Coming to do the project in February.... stay tuned.
The experience was amazing. Worth every penny. Ted gave an honest assessment of the project. Jamar did an exceptional job with amazing attention to detail. An additional member of their team came out a third day to check and touch up an area they were not satisfied with. I am so happy. These 15-20-year-old bathrooms look new!
My Sir Grout team was on time and very nice to work with. They were professional, worked very hard, but took time to answer questions. There was one very small spot that got missed, and within hours a team member was back to fix it. My floor looks like new! So very pleased.

Samuel and Juan are so knowledgeable and professional! My shower looks like new, and their clean-up was top-notch. I couldn't tell they had been there! They also cleaned and sealed my kitchen granite. All I can say is "Magnificent!" I will definitely call Sir Grout again. They are experts when dealing with natural stone.
