I had a very easy experience with Sir Grout. They offered COVID-safe estimates by FaceTime, they scheduled things promptly and everyone I spoke with was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Romeo was the technician who did our work, and he was on time, very professional, fast and very effective, plus he seems like a genuinely nice and pleasant person! He was also safety conscious and wore a mask the whole time he was here, which we greatly appreciated. He did a great job making our shower grout look fresh again and sealed everything so that it will be better protected in the future.
I love looking at my new and improved marble tile bathroom floor. The grout is difficult to clean because marble must be treated with care (pH-neutral products). Chris and team cleaned, regrouted and sealed, in one day. It is better than new. I can't stop looking at it. Now to keep it looking that way! I have already recommended Sir Grout to others.

Michael was fantastic to work with, he was very personable, knowledgeable and did an excellent job with cleaning and sealing our kitchen and bathroom floors and grout. The floors look like new! I don't usually do reviews but our experience with Sir Grout was 5 stars! Before Jerome and Chris came in, our travertine floor grout was very stained from years of wear and tear. Within 8 hours and we had a lot of floors to cover they made our tile look brand new, and bonus: They moved all of our furniture and put it back in place, very reasonable price and worth every penny! Note: we were told by another company because our grout was epoxy, it could not be cleaned but Sir Grout was able to paint a new grout color on and seal it with years of no staining.
Sir Grout is awesome and I highly recommend their work. I had an online consultation via FaceTime, the estimate was drawn up quickly and the work was completed a week later. Jasmin came to my house to complete the project and he was courteous, professional, and did an amazing job. I thought I would have to retire my whole shower, but Sir Grout worked their magic and my shower is restored.
Our house is 20 years old, although we have lived here 3 years. Our tile floor which covers half the home needed repair to grout lines, a deep clean, and resealing. Sir Grout made our floors new again and it was a pleasure working with all their associates.
We had a great experience with Sir Grout. The owner took the time to come out to give us a bid on sealing our ceramic tile grout when no one else would even bother to come out. Their prices were fair and we got an appointment within a week. When the technician arrived, he was very neat in cleaning the tile and grout and put down cardboard and towels so he wouldn't track anything through the house. He finished quickly and the grout looks great. We will use them again and if you need someone to come out and keep their word, count on Sir Grout!
Amazing results! Bathroom looks brand new! Due to construction in our home, the caulk and grout in the shower and floor looked horrible. It is so clean now and bright white!
