Mike and Greg came and worked on our two bathrooms and kitchen sink. Even before they arrived they contacted us and made sure we knew what to expect. They were respectful and professional throughout the process, and always kept us in the know. They did a great job, and our home is looking pristine :)
I had a terrific experience with Sir Grout. Marc did the initial video estimate and followed up with a written estimate via email. A time was scheduled and they called the day before to confirm. Alex was on time and just finished regrouting a shower and tub. He also steam cleaned and sealed all the tiles in the shower and the floor. It looks terrific! Professional from start to finish. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Sir Grout was recommended to me by my neighbor. I really liked working with Tim. He was very professional and honest. Tim worked on my floors and did a very thorough. His attention to detail is what I liked best about his services. My floor looked brand new when he completed his work. I found Sir Grout and meet with Brian who was on time, professional, easy to deal with, who explained exactly what his group could do, and actually gave me an estimated cost and followed up with a quote that was as he said. Then I met Joe who was a fabulous guy. Again all of the same qualities of Brian and great workmanship to boot. All said a great experience and a grout job that won't leak, mold or chip away. Call these guys and you will be happy and have money left over for a dinner out.
We had three granite countertops repaired and treated and they now look great. Excellent people with a level of service rarely seen in these crazy times.
Due to a family emergency, the technician we had scheduled could not make it. The owner himself came out to do the work. That is incredible customer service!! And our granite counters and bathroom showers look like brand new. Couldn't be happier with the quality and service. Highly recommend.
Both the gentleman who provided an estimate and the technician who completed the work were extremely thorough and professional. They took time to explain exactly what they believed needed to be done, which allowed us to make informed decisions. The end product looks fantastic and the billing process was easy and transparent. We will use Sir Grout again when the need arises.
