After Sir Grout did our shower it look like is was brand new. They showed up on time and they cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend them.
Very happy with the final result. Had a few hiccups in the beginning- first team couldn't come out as planned due to being sick. Second team arrived an hour earlier than expected but no big deal. Scheduling sends multiple texts. Grout experience was amazing. Took time to clean and gave us tips on cleaning the tile. Gave us a wide array of color selection and voila.. our tile looks uniform and brand new!
Sir Grout Boston is one of the few services I have had recently that seem to understand what it means to be professional. Both Chris, during the initial estimate and Jimmy, the technician, were punctual, well mannered and communicated clearly. Eight months ago, Sir Grout did a terrific job in cleaning the travertine floors throughout my house. They performed exactly as they promised with minimum disruption. Well worth the investment in the floors. Recently a jar of pickles was dropped on the kitchen floor which ruined the floor finish in the area of the spill. Sir Grout quickly returned and restored the finish in that area for a nominal charge. I can't speak highly enough about Scott Odom and his personnel.
Scheduling an estimate and repairs was easy. Estimate process was thorough and all of my questions were answered. Technician was on time, made the repairs in a timely manner, communicated during the process, shared advice on maintenance, left my bathroom spotless. Payment was handled online and easy to manage. It is a rare thing to find someone as wonderful as Ken and his team! I own a 1960s home that has all of its original tile, so I contacted Sir Grout to discuss grout repair. From the moment I met Ken, I knew I was in good hands. Ken is knowledgeable, thorough, genuine, and kind. I couldn't be happier with the job they did, and I will be recommending their services to everyone I know!
Called Sir Grout in October and sent pictures of our shower tile which had lots of mold and soap scum. Sir Grout gave estimate to clean and color seal. Scheduled with Chris to come out on a Monday in November. Bill arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, and did a great job color sealing and cleaning. Bill is a very nice guy and did a great job and was done in 4 hours. The shower tiles and grout look fully restored. I highly recommend Sir Grout!

If you are looking for professionalism and excellent attention to detail, I suggest you go to Sir Grout for restoring your floors. Keith has twice bailed me out of instances where my former cleaning company has damaged my floors. I have marble flooring in my master bathroom and twice the cleaners have spilled chemicals onto it, leaving me with ugly etching and discoloration. Keith managed to schedule appointments with me quickly and was very respectful of our clean floors when he came in using booties and also wearing a mask. It is sometimes intimidating having companies come into your home, but I felt comfortable that Keith would get the job done. Thank you.
We were really happy with the work Sir Grout did on our tile floor. This included cleaning, repair, color staining, and sealing. The staff were helpful and friendly and worked in an efficient and clean manner. They assisted moving some heavy pieces of furniture and the floors look wonderful!
