I met Mark via a video call where we walked through the entire job. He made is so seamless. I was quoted a price and followed up almost immediately with a written proposal. Alex was prompt and did and excellent job. You can tell he is skilled at his profession. I would recommend Sir Grout to anyone considering tile/grout work.
We had Sir Grout resurface, polish and seal our marble countertops and kitchen island. From the first encounter all follow up communications and work have been outstanding. Nick was onsite at our home and his commitment to excellence is obvious! Our kitchen island looks so good we actually said it is now better than new. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.
I previously had work completed by the old owners of the company. It was difficult to get in contact with the old owners (possibly due to transitioning ownership) about an area of concern that they had repaired months ago. The new owners got in contact with me immediately and fixed the problem for free. I am thankful for their professionalism and the work they completed. Everything works perfectly now. I highly recommend their service.
Sir Grout redid our kitchen and two bathrooms. They were all in a great need for a deep cleaning and recoloring of the grout. Tim is a real pro. He did a first visit scoping out the job and giving us an estimate which ended up being the final price. He came a second time to finalize the color choices that we made for the grout, and then came for another day and a half to do the job.
We are extremely pleased with all of the work that Tim did. Very clean and organized, on schedule and was a perfectionist in all his work. The rooms look brand new.
