Sir Grout did an excellent job polishing my parents' marble foyer and fixing the grout and blemishes. He was professional, dedicated and courteous. My mom is very critical and was very pleased with the results. She urged me to post a 5* review as John completely deserves it.
They were here promptly in the morning when they said they would be here and did not stop until the work was done! The shower was the best it has looked in 17 years and the grout looks better than it did when it was new! Great job!
Billy at Sir Grout did an amazing job with the kid's group shower for our commercial swim school. The grout was 17 years old and he made it look like new. He worked within our limits of time. He also replaced the caulking around the bases of the stall showers. Amazing job.
We had a virtual introductory appointment with Patrick. He patiently took the time to understand our concerns with our shower grout without trying to sell us on services. Patrick carefully inspected our grout work, the shower drain and pipe, and the silicone seals around our shower. He helped us come up with the next steps, which involve investigating a potential water leak before doing work on the grout. We were very happy with how the appointment went and would be glad to work with Sir Grout in the future to have our stone shower floor sealed.
I am very pleased with the results of Sir Grout's treatment of my floor tile. I was going to replace it at a huge expense until I saw the results of grout color change, buffing out the old coatings left on the tile and sealing the grout. Looks like a brand new floor.
Christina is amazing. She is a true professional, diligent, extremely detail-oriented, a perfectionist. We had our bathroom refreshed, it is travertine and can be a challenge. She spent all the time needed to be sure everything we contracted for was done completely and perfectly. You could sense she took extreme pride in her work. We are very happy with the results. Worth the money.
I was very satisfied with Sir Grout. An estimate was done first and everything was explained in detail. After scheduling a date, all the work was done as it was supposed to be. The job was done by a worker who was courteous and neat. I was happy with my finished shower stall!
Getting an estimate and scheduling was easy and Sir Grout did a great job on the grout in my shower that was stained orange-ish from water minerals over the years. It looks brand new! They also did the bathroom floor tile grout which had gotten dirty. The tech was friendly and polite, left the bathroom clean, and cleaning went very quickly. I wish I had done it years ago and I would definitely recommend!
