I was able to get a prompt appointment for an estimate for the repair, cleaning and sealing of our kitchen floor tile on Monday Dec 9 and my cleaning was scheduled for Wednesday Dec 11. The crew of Marlon and Ed arrived on time and completed the job in a courteous good and workmanlike manner. Floor looks brand new! Thanks, guys!
We recently had Sir Grout do a partial regrouting to our shower. The day after having that done, a crack appeared in one of the tiles. I called them and they came out the next day and spent 4-1/2 hours fixing and replacing several tiles that had a potential of cracking in the future. They did a great job, and were VERY customer oriented! Love that! Would definitely use them again.
Wow! What a difference on our shower floor. Chris was excellent and the shower floor came out exactly as Chris told us. Chris was clean, efficient and quick. We are extremely happy with the results. Kudos to Chris and Sir Grout!!

Excellent service!! Tech, Xavier, arrived on time ready to work! He took the time to explain to process that was use to restore our shower wall and floor, gave us an estimated completion time and everything went perfect. Sir Grout provides a great service and I highly recommend them.
Tile grout in master bath was in rough shape. After the job was done, it looks like new. Couldn't have asked for a better job.
Tom was extremely professional and courteous when he came to the house to provide us with the estimate. Keith scheduled and performed the work timely and grouted the shower perfectly. The cost was reasonable and the shower looks great! We will be sure to call them if we need work done in our other bathroom.
