The tech was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did a very neat job. We had our upstairs shower recaulked and our foyer floor buffed to a high polish. Care was taken to prevent problems with surrounding furniture and other items during the process. Would use them again without a second thought.
Couldn't be happier! Researched multiple companies to clean my tile and reseal my kitchen granite. They were the only company that took time to come out and look at the job, explain the entire process, answer questions, and give me a price. The two gentlemen that did our house were very timely, hardworking, answered questions, and went above and beyond to be sure the job was done correctly and that we were happy with the job. It took two days due to size of our house, but they went out of their way to give us space when we were at home with them. Our home now looks just like it did when we first built it and moved in to beautiful tile and shiny granite. Thank you Sir Grout!! Will be seeing you again!!
Chris did a great job understanding my needs and discussing options before quoting the job. Brian arrived on time, walked-though the quote to be sure we agreed on what was to be done, did the job quickly and expertly, reviewed everything with me, and made sure the sites were clean. They were both professional and courteous. Very satisfied!

Three hard working men regrouted our entire tile floors in one day. They were professional and polite. Our floors look as good as the day we moved into our new home six years ago.
Our showers both had started developing mold, and the counter grout was discolored. The workers were friendly and professional, and did a good job. We are very pleased to have our bathrooms looking so much better. They had us check out the work before they left to make sure we were satisfied. But later that day, I saw a small section where the grout was slightly pulled back from the wood edge. I called, and they came out quickly and fixed that for us the same day.

I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of the Sir Grout crew. Tim did a thorough job assessing my need for both the bathroom grout and caulking and kitchen caulking and he was helpful in picking out colors. He and Vince were meticulous throughout the process. They were fast, clean, and focused on detail. Couldn't be happier!

The work done was very good. Huge difference between what our shower was before and how it was left after. However, with our first shower some of the color came off of the floor. I called the service person and never got a response. I then called the office and asked to have the service person contact me about the color issue, again no response. Very disappointed in their response after the work is done.
