Technician, Brian, arrived on time, took the time to explain everything to me, was extremely professional and did an outstanding job. Not only was everything done to my satisfaction, it was actually beyond my expectations. My 14 year old tile looks brand new! I couldn't be happier!
Efficient detailed quoting process with several options to choose from! Great follow-up with an email the day before our appointment to confirm the details. My experience with Sir Grout was pleasant from the initial contact setting up the estimate appointment, John their representative who worked up the quote for our floors to be cleaned and sealed, and last but not least the great Job Chris and Jerome did in completing the job. It refreshing to know you can still find a company and employees who take pride in their work and show up as scheduled, (even if my internal calendar and clock are skewed!). No problems on my end in recommending Sir Grout for reliable and quality workmanship.

Our kitchen is the heart of our home; we spend hours there each day. We had a remodel 5 years ago and loved the look. Lately, our beautiful granite seemed to be dull and the faucet area had calcium deposits built up. As much as we scrubbed, it wouldn't come off. We called Sir Grout to come in and tell us what we should do. The consultant, Theresa, was professional and told us exactly what they could do to bring back that shine. We decided to have the work done and we have been completely satisfied. The technician was courteous and very clean. The whole process only took a few hours and the shine is back on the countertops. I'm especially pleased with the area around the sinks which is now as clean as the day we installed it. All around a company I would highly recommended.

Lindsey and Jerome were professional and friendly. They did a great job cleaning, grouting and sealing both the master bathroom; guest bathroom tile floors, shower and tub. They worked at a steady pace and did a masterful job. I will be using Sir Grout for the rest of the tile in my house to be cleaned and grouted and look like new!
