I appreciated the punctuality and prompt follow up on my inquiry and/or request. The technician was honest about one part of the work and gave me a recommendation of what needed to be done. The floors look amazing and they look like new. Not sure about the value of the work, but I didn't find other reputable business to request a quote. At the end, I think it was worth it.
Right from the start with Dennis coming in, surveying and giving me my estimate for the job to be done and then Chris here explaining everything he was doing at the time he was doing it, helped me understand what he was putting on and leaving with a job well done. These guys were real good, I will recommend them and the company to anybody that's looking.
I have a 20+ year old marble foyer, 5 kids, 4 dogs, 7 grandkids and have used the wrong stuff on this floor through the years. The floor was no longer shiny, dull and without luster. Sir Grout team was able to restore the shine and fix a minor crack in a tile. I am very satisfied and will recommend them. Their representative was knowledgeable and did a great job!
Jay does excellent work, is easy to communicate with, and is an incredibly nice guy. Jay and his team have saved us from replacing our floors! I'm sure we will be using his expertise again in the future.
This company made the home look amazing! You can paint and get new carpet but it doesn't look fresh and clean until the grout and tile is done. They were prompt, responsive, and polite. They repaired places of missing grout as well as discolored grout. I would recommend to anyone looking for cleaning or repair!
My husband and I had our grout in our stand up shower recolored and sealed and the moldy silicone caulking replaced with epoxy. Justin put in a good days' worth of work and it looks brand new again! I am always hesitant to spend money on anything, but it's easy to justify with the quality of workmanship and products you get with Sir Grout! I can't wait to have them recolor and seal our floor grout next!
Very pleased with the service. The owner, Kris, went out of his way to answer all of my inquiries with detailed explanations and suggestions. He also made sure, every step of the way, that the job was done to my satisfaction. And it was! Punctual. Professional. Office staff were courteous and efficient. Alex, who prepared proposals for all of the work, was professional and efficient. He also had an uncanny eye for detail, and picked out some things that my contractor had missed. So glad I had Sir Grout do this work to preserve my new ceramic floors and shower, and to provide some much needed restoration to two older showers that were showing some serious wear and tear. Excellent, competitive pricing. This company aims to please. I strongly recommend Sir Grout Central New Jersey.
We had a great experience with Sir Grout of Washington. Gary came to our home and provided an estimate to wet sand and polish our 20 year old entry/hallway marble floor and bar countertop. The price was competitive and fair, and the company was able to come out to do the work within a couple of weeks. A week and a half later, Ed and Romeo arrived at the house on time (bonus points) and we're super friendly and knowledgeable. They both ran through the process with my husband and me and answered questions. They were great throughout the whole day and dealt with my constant comments and about how things worked and gave suggestions about floor care, etc. We are very pleased with the results - the floor went from dull and dirty to clean and shiny!
