Excellent. This is my experience with Sir Grout and a breakdown of events: Spoke to Melissa who scheduled an appointment to get a quote in a very reasonable time; The General Manager Joe showed up promptly, reviewed the necessary work, gave me a fair quote and a detailed description of the process for the requested work; Scheduled date for the work and had two excellent guys, Shane and Donald who did an excellent job. In addition to the efficiency, every person representing this company was professional, on time and neat in performing the job.
Prior to calling the folks at Sir Grout, I had called another company in Atlanta that was referred to me. This other company said they would call me back to schedule a quote and never did. I called them again and was told the same thing. Because of that, I did my own research and found Sir Grout. All the reviews I read on Sir Grout are true. EXCELLENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND I HAVE GIVEN THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION TO ALL MY NEIGHBORS.
My last comment is that I showed the work done on our tile floors to my neighbor who has sold real estate in Atlanta for over 30 years. Unsolicited, he said it's the best work he has ever seen! What a compliment to Sir Grout!!
I'm very satisfied with the work Sir Grout performed. They have my shower looking brand new again.
Marlon and Ed are courteous, on time, know their business, and are willing to take the time to explain the process, as well as caring enough to work on even the smallest spots. Every floor looked as good as the first day it was put in.
They were great they showed up on time for the estimate and for the day the work was done. Peter was absolutely great and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend them the floors look brand new.
Sir Grout was able to fix the tile in my bathroom so it looks brand new again. The tile guy worked very hard and was very professional the entire time.

Scott takes customer service and pride in his work to the apex of his industry. He did a beautiful job honing our marble countertops and made our master shower look brand new at an incredibly reasonable price point. His work is excellent and his warm, positive personality is simply contagious. Don't look to anyone else in the Low Country!
