The Sir Grout service experience was excellent from the very complete estimate explanation to the thorough clean-up at the finish. The technician was very professional in both knowledge and skills of application. He was hard at work from start to finish and took pride in his project.
Scott is very easy to talk to. He and Jonathan will not accept a job as finished unless the workmanship is exceptional.
We had work done in 3 of our bathrooms and the kitchen. Ed arrived right on time and finished within the estimated time provided (pretty impressive, really!). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and did a great job! We would definitely use him again! Everything from the virtual estimate to the day-of service was well done and each person was friendly and easy to work with.

Harry from Sir Grout did an AMAZING job on my house! He cleaned, color-sealed the grout, and recaulked my kitchen backsplash. The color he picked for the grout seal was beautiful - much lighter than the original grout color and it looks fantastic! Harry also did a wonderful job in bathroom shower - it looks brand new after the cleaning and recaulking. The services are a little expensive but it's TOTALLY worth it and the quality of work is excellent. (Sir Grout saved me a lot of money by not having to replace the entire kitchen backsplash.) Alex, the person who did the original estimate was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything and answered all of my detailed questions. Thank you Harry and Alex :) Sir Grout exceeded my expectations for sure!
Ann P., the estimator, will provide a video estimate at your convenience as long as you have a smartphone. The two technicians who performed the work (primary bathroom shower, floor, and marble sink; clean the tile, regrout and seal, second bathroom grout around the bathtub), Chase and Chris, did a great job and are very tidy. The grout will stay cleaner if you dry the shower base with a microfiber cloth after every use. I first used Sir Grout in Oct. 2017 and followed that recommendation. Chase and Chris said my efforts paid off and made their work easier. This was a repeat job in December, 2021, and I will have it done again in another four years or so.
Mike and Greg came and worked on our two bathrooms and kitchen sink. Even before they arrived they contacted us and made sure we knew what to expect. They were respectful and professional throughout the process, and always kept us in the know. They did a great job, and our home is looking pristine :)
Called 3 businesses to refurbish my kitchen granite countertops, only Sir Grout responded, and within 15 minutes. Jamar is a gem! Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, and hardworker. Very satisfied, highly recommend Sir Grout and ESPECIALLY Jamar!

I had a terrific experience with Sir Grout. Marc did the initial video estimate and followed up with a written estimate via email. A time was scheduled and they called the day before to confirm. Alex was on time and just finished regrouting a shower and tub. He also steam cleaned and sealed all the tiles in the shower and the floor. It looks terrific! Professional from start to finish. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
