We had a great experience starting with Ethan as the sales contact and the work done by Taylor and Mario. I appreciate their courtesy and professionalism as well as transforming our shower floor. Was never thrilled about the tile color before but after lightning the grout it looks like a whole new floor. Love it and also Taylor's diligence in completing the job!

My technicians, Chris and Jerome, were wonderful! They moved things that I couldn't and didn't waste any time. My grout was extremely dirty and required extra work, but the guys handled it beautifully. This is the 2nd time I've used this team and would recommend them to anyone! Sir Grout did a wonderful job redoing the color of our grout and sealing our travertine. We have thick grout lines that are impossible to keep clean and they've brought it back to its original look. I'm so happy with the results!
Scott and his team did a great job at our 15 year old house. The travertine floors look better than new. The new grout he installed in the bathroom looks like it will last for many years and the limestone on our pool surround looks so much better. Scott's service from quote to service was excellent.
