I got a quote from Sir Grout via Yelp to re-do all the caulking on two showers. They showed up on time and did a great job for a good price.
Sir Grout is the BEST option in NY for your grouting project. My husband and I recently bought an estate sale "fixer upper", the bathroom tiles were original, and grouting had not been touched in over 50 years: stained all throughout. We thought we could handle it ourselves but after closer inspection realized it really required professionals. I cannot express enough how challenging this job was. The tiles are not spaced evenly, the grout is original and extremely durable (therefore even more difficult to remove), and we have two full bathrooms of this.
Sir Grout was professional, reasonably priced, and TRANSFORMED the space from dingy and old to brand new in 2 days. They regrouted the wall tiles as well as recolored the floor lines, and went above and beyond to be professional with respect to coop rules, work around our hectic home as we were moving in the same day, and brought in extra help at no extra cost when they realized it was necessary to finish on the timeline they proposed (2 days start and finished). Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

We are very pleased with the service we received from Sir Grout. After noticing some tile changes in our tile shower, I contacted various contractors who told me the whole shower needed to be replaced (it is 5 years old). I looked for other opinions and called Sir Grout.
Chris told me that what I noticed was totally normal and it did not need to be replaced. His crew came in, fixed the issue I had and then repaired some other areas of the shower that needed some maintenance. It looks PERFECT. The marble floor in our bathroom was in need of honing and polishing to get rid of the haze, it is absolutely gleaming now and looks better than ever. We were super happy with our experience with Sir Grout. The crew was very professional and respectful in our home.
I was very pleased with the work performed in my kitchen by Sir Grout. Setting up the original appointment and the installation date was a breeze. The kitchen floor now looks brand new. The work was very reasonably priced. If I can make one suggestion it would be to have a larger selection of sealant colors. I highly recommend using Sir Grout.
I called Sir Grout for help with my kitchen countertops which are a light granite and were showing signs of use. Although they did not offer the initial cleaning service needed, the tech gave me detailed info on the DIY treatment required to remove the stains. After following his directions, I scheduled an appointment for a final cleaning, polishing, sealing and re-grouting.
The results are phenomenal! Further, I had the techs acid clean and polish my marble fireplace surround which looks wonderful also I hadn't realized how dull ot had become over time. And finally, the tech cleaned and re-grouted my master bathroom shower floor and it looks great, too.

We had tile cleaning and re-caulking/grouting on two bathrooms; floor, walls, shower. Both bathrooms look great. The work was done expertly and carefully (no additional mess created). Steam cleaning was supplemented with a non-toxic cleanser. Beautiful work.
