Excellent work. The crew was professional, polite, thorough, and skilled at their craft. They discovered a problem with a little water behind the tile that had accumulated over the years. Both the crew and the franchise owner helped me understand the issue and gave suggestions for how to correct. Great service!

Our very nice marble shower was looking like it had seen better days. Coal came out inspected, made an estimate and did an outstanding job. It looks great!!! I would highly recommend Sir Grout and Cody.

Excellent. This is my experience with Sir Grout and a breakdown of events: Spoke to Melissa who scheduled an appointment to get a quote in a very reasonable time; The General Manager Joe showed up promptly, reviewed the necessary work, gave me a fair quote and a detailed description of the process for the requested work; Scheduled date for the work and had two excellent guys, Shane and Donald who did an excellent job. In addition to the efficiency, every person representing this company was professional, on time and neat in performing the job.
Prior to calling the folks at Sir Grout, I had called another company in Atlanta that was referred to me. This other company said they would call me back to schedule a quote and never did. I called them again and was told the same thing. Because of that, I did my own research and found Sir Grout. All the reviews I read on Sir Grout are true. EXCELLENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND I HAVE GIVEN THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION TO ALL MY NEIGHBORS.
My last comment is that I showed the work done on our tile floors to my neighbor who has sold real estate in Atlanta for over 30 years. Unsolicited, he said it's the best work he has ever seen! What a compliment to Sir Grout!!
