Tylor was very professional, timely, and did a fabulous job. After years of wear and tear on my travertine tile, I met with Mark, the sales manager and through his guidance decided to redo my floors. Tylor came on time and the whole process took two days! My floors look fabulous, like brand new. I am now considering a color seal for the next time. When I thought I would need brand new floors, all I needed was Sir Grout!!! Thank you!
I really cannot say enough great things about these folks. Josh and Joe were right on time and Chris came by just to make sure everything they needed was there. Josh and Joe went way beyond what I expected on this project with my old 1959 era bathroom. They worked unbelievably hard. The value Chris provided on cost was terrific. To sum it up they are as close to perfect as you get, thanks.
Thank you to David at Sir Grout. Our kitchen and large stone shower look amazing. We were very frustrated with other grout companies that couldn't seem to find the leak in the stone. David with Sir Grout located and fixed it. Saved us thousands of dollars from having to tear out a wall and call a plumber (which was suggested by other companies). Amazing job and very professional.

Sir Grout just completed re-grouting of our kitchen counters as well as our bathroom shower area. The man who did our estimate was polite, professional and very helpful in his recommendations. When the 2 installers came to do the job, they arrived a few minutes early, and were very nice and polite the whole time they were here. They did a wonderful job and it looks better than when we moved in! They cleaned up everything beautifully and the new grout is definitely a superior product. If you need any grout work done call Sir Grout of the Low Country!
I have used this company twice and from Chris the owner to his workers they were courteous, thorough and very easy to work with. Pricing was extremely fair and outcome of work was at a very high standard. Will continue to employ this company as long as I have granite and a need for their services. Great job!!!!
I recently hired Sir Grout to clean and seal the tiles in my apartment. I worked with Mark B. from the Montvale, NJ office. Mark provided competitive pricing and demonstrated that Sir Grout provided a superior quality service to their competitors. Mark and I were in contact numerous times in order to coordinate the work so that everything went smoothly on the day of. The guys at Sir Grout Westchester are extremely professional. The owner Tim cares about his customers and treats them like family. He'll give you sound advice and will not leave your home until you're satisfied. Very punctual, very respectful, and most importantly very knowledgeable. You can hire the other guys to save a couple of pennys and ruin your floors, or you can get it done by Sir Grout and get it done right. He did both of my bathrooms and I couldn't be much happier. Will hire again to do my old folks house.
I contacted Sir Grout via their website to inquire about an estimate and received a call within a day or so to set an appointment for the following Monday. Judi came out to take measurements and see our floors firsthand to give an estimate. She was extremely friendly, knowledge, and had a brochure of color options, as we were looking to color seal our spotty light (and dark depending on where you looked) brown grout. She gave us a detailed explanation of what work would occur and shortly after her visit sent us over an itemized estimate for services.
The price was fair and they included incentives, such as warranty on the work and discounts on future services. We scheduled our appointment shortly after and they custom ordered our color sealant, as we went for a darker shade than most do I suppose. On the morning of our appointment the two gentlemen showed up to do the work bright and early and got right to it. They deep cleaned and applied the color sealant a lot quicker than we expected and we were very happy with the results! We did notice a couple spots within a dark closet that didn't take the sealant well that we noticed after they had left, but Judi sent someone back out right away to fix it. They said if anything else pops up to let them know and they're happy to come back out. That's the kind of customer service that I can really appreciate. Very happy with the experience from beginning to end and love our new charcoal grey grout!
