Gary provided a very reasonable estimate for grout repairs, caulk replacement, cleaning and sealing my tile shower walls and floors. Charles, and Marvin did the work and provided awesome feedback and advice. Our bathrooms look brand new!
Brady from Sir Grout repaired several pits in our stone flooring. He also removed some deteriorating grout from the master show and re-caulked it. It turned out perfect! You can't even tell where the pits in the floor were. Highly recommend this company.

From the initial visit by Richard G, a Sir Grout estimator, to the day of the appointment performed by William, a Sir Grout Technician, I was very impressed by the professional manner in which Rich and Will presented themselves. Because the grout replacement and clean up afterwards was done so well, I plan to have Sir Grout do other tile grouting.
We had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout. We had most of our tile (all white) done. I interviewed three other companies. One even said it was so bad, they couldn't do anything and we would just have to get new tile. We were pleased with the service from the start with Sir Grout. John was pleasant and very informative. He tried very hard to work with our busy schedule. Anytime I had a question after, he got back to me very quickly. We had three people come and do the work, Lindsey, Zak, and Chris. They all worked very hard. They showed up right when they said they would also! I waited to do my review because I wanted to make sure even after several weeks it looked as good as it did when they left and it does! I am extremely pleased. We will get on their schedule for our showers in the near future. I highly recommend them.
Our master bathroom tile repairs were completed quickly and the shower stall looks great. Everyone at the company was easy to work with and all phases of the project, from the initial estimate to deep cleaning and resealing, were handled professionally and on time.
