From the 1st call to the end of job they couldn't be better. Job was done on time and with care and clean up was excellent. Results made the shower stall look like new!
I was pretty nervous about this project, but all of the positive reviews were really helpful, I don't write these much, but I thought I'd go ahead and see if i could help someone else by writing my own.
We put an addition on our house two years ago that included a new bathroom. For whatever reason, the grout in the tiled shower pretty quickly turned orange, and the grout in the floor pretty quickly turned gray, no matter what we did to clean it. And the grout around the top of our double sinks just...fell out. We finally decided to just start over and called this place, based on other reviews.
I can't speak to durability, because our project was only completed yesterday, but I was so impressed with the professionalism of this company that I'm not worried about it. I'm really happy that we invested in this. The owner showed up on time, was super nice, and walked me through what needed to be done, including color choices and keeping everything clean going forward. Everything is neatly done, I didn't have to clean up after the work was finished, and my bathroom looks neat and clean again! Highly recommend.

Sir Grout was great. They cleaned, sealed and did grout work on the tile floor in my kitchen. The initial quote was easy to schedule and all was explained to me, and then scheduling the cleaning was done immediately. The gentleman who came to do the cleaning and grout work was on time, friendly and did a great job. He did a good job explaining how I should care for the tile floor before he left. Sir Grout's stellar reputation is well deserved. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Sir Grout is a top notch contractor and service organization. We hired SG for two very dated bathrooms. We could not be more pleased with the results. The bathrooms now have a clean and vibrant look. SG was on time and kept us informed about the job progress. We were especially pleased when the owner came by a week later to look at the work and give a two minute tutorial on the proper maintenance. We would give our strongest recommendation to anyone seeking home improvement of this nature!
I'm happy with the result. I've got ceramic and natural stone and the finished product looks great. Really wanted a consistent color in the grout and the team did it. They were efficient and on time. The technician did a good job and I'd trust them to do other work for me, hopefully a long time down the road.
They were very neat and did a very good job. Shower and counter-tops looks much nicer after they replaced the caulk. Big improvement when they were done.

Sir Grout did an excellent job. The bathroom had not been remodeled for a long time and was in really bad shape. Sir Grout came to my home and said they could make it look like brand new. I was really surprised by how much they could make the bathroom shine. I was very impressed. The whole bathroom looks terrific.
