Sir Grout did a fabulous job on my dirty grout. I have beautiful 18" Spanish tile which looked awful because the grout had turned a dirty brown. They cleaned and painted it, sealed it and showed me how to clean it and keep it looking that way. They were very nice to work with moving a lot of furniture and putting it back exactly where it was. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.

Dan and his crew did a great job on the grout in our rental unit. The grout on the tiles in the bathroom and throughout the house was dark and dirty when we purchased it. When the Sir Grout team was finished I didn't recognize the place. We got our appointment scheduled right away and the owner of the company came to give our quote. After several consultations about a water leak that was going through my bath-tub, and after it was determined that this was not due to piping troubles, I consulted tile specialists who wanted to take apart and re-do the entire tiling in my master bathroom shower. Chris was different. He carefully listened to my concerns, and proposed fixing only what was necessary for a fraction of the price I had been quoted before. He ended up steam cleaning, hand buffing, and sealing the tiles in the entire shower. Nothing had to be replaced. The work did the job. No more leaks since. Chris is a competent, sensitive professional with excellent communication skills. He was sensitive enough to take off his shoes when stepping into my bath tub to take a close look at the work to be done. This was a first for me, and I really appreciated it. He even gave me some advice on a couple of unrelated issues I was having with my toilet flush. I feel I have found a resource and someone I can go back to in the future with any tile problems that may come up.
Just a note to let you know the job is done and all 4 parts look great! Steve did a terrific job ... good, old-fashion quality work. We're very pleased with the results. I had serious doubts that anything could make that old drab, non-shiny stone floor look less unattractive but the Sir Grout solution made a world of difference.
I contacted Sir Grout based on Angie's list ratings. Owner Chris Wyand came to the house, reviewed our needs, and explained options. Within a day he e-mailed detailed invoice and cost information and appointment date was set. Two Sir Grout staff members arrived promptly on the day of the appointment. Both were very professional, friendly, polite and neat. They set to work immediately and worked for several hours. Our kitchen floor, shower enclosure and bathtub now look brand new. They provided written care instructions at the completion of the job. We were very pleased with the work. Owner Chris followed up with an e-mail thanking us for our business which I thought was very nice. We would definitely recommend Sir Grout.
