It went wonderfully. There was deteriorated, stained grout around the tiles on my kitchen counters, and badly stained grout in my shower. For the free estimate, the owner arrived right on time, told me just what he could do, and then sent me a written description and price by e-mail. During his visit and later, when I asked about other tasks he might do, he was always clear: They were focused on the grout. The two workers arrived on schedule, cleaned or replaced all the grout as needed, and left everything looking clean and fresh. They were quiet and tidy, and a pleasure to have in the house. I was very pleased with all aspects of this project. I would gladly hire them again.
Before we moved into our new home, we wanted the grout cleaned and colored. We hired Sir Grout to color and seal the grout. We have a lot of tile. The crew managed to get the job done in two days. The tile looks new.
The shower and floors looked brand new when service was complete.
Sir Grout employees went above and beyond our expectations. They were very flexible as to our needs, when selecting where we wanted the Cleaning and Grout change to start. They were very friendly; worked very hard throughout the entire two days here; took pictures of the entire house in order to make sure that when they moved furniture, they would put it back in the original position. The process of keeping our Tile and Grout looking great for years to come, was thoroughly explained to us, and how simple it is when using the Sir Grout cleaning fluid. The Tile cleaning and the color change in the Grout looks incredible. The entire process has brightened up our home and made such a difference, we should have hired Sir Grout much sooner!
I was very happy with Sir Grout. The owner came promptly for the appointment and was knowledgeable about what I needed for my job. He got me a fair estimate same day, and we arranged the work to be done the following week. The professionals worked hard and did a great job. They communicated with me throughout the process and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I was extremely happy with the work and would recommend them and use them again.
My tile looks brand new!!! They did an amazing job!! Worth the money, Kids spilled melted chocolate ice cream on grout the first day and it wiped right up with no scrubbing!
Sir Grout did such an amazing job with our master shower and kitchen. Our grout was seriously damaged and had years of black mildew built up underneath. The professional who came to our house was wonderful. He was friendly, skilled, hard working, and did a great job cleaning and repairing everything. I will absolutely use Sir Grout again in the future. Everyone was easy to work with from start to finish, and most importantly, completed the work and went above and beyond.
The owner came out, explained the work, gave me an estimate on the spot. Very nice and professional. The work was done when promised and the employee was great about working around other workmen I had doing other repairs.
