Work done: Re-grout, seal and re-caulk two bathrooms. I highly recommend Sir Grout. The owner was prompt and professional when he arrived for the estimate. The work was scheduled for two days the next week. The technician who performed the work in both bathrooms was prompt, professional and did an excellent job in both bathrooms. I was very pleased with the results.
I had Sir Grout come out and give me a quote to clean and regrout my tile floors. The team was here for six hours and did a fantastic job. They changed the grout color and it looks like a new floor. I will be calling them back to do two more rooms for me.

We hired Sir Grout to refinish and regrout our marble floors in the kitchen and entry hall. The floors look absolutely beautiful! Let me start off telling the world that this is a genuine review. The company, Sir Grout, knows exactly what they are doing and goes above and beyond ensuring that they achieve a level of perfection that is outstanding. The company is prompt, honest and a pleasure to have in my home. Respectful of my home's occupants and furnishings. Sir Grout provided a detailed estimate with a careful explanation of exactly what would/could be accomplished and any/all limitations. What I was not told was that the end result would be virtually perfect. The kitchen tile floor had been installed 22 years ago, as was the master bath floor. Both looked like new. Please understand that these floors had taken so much traffic and use that I was hoping that they would look good at completion. They look GREAT! The owner, is responsive and honest and the technician is a master at his craft. Years of experience resulting in the best workmanship possible. I was never pushed or "up-sold" just provided honest perspective about the possibilities. I whole heartedly recommend Sir Grout.
From start to finish, the job was handled with total professionalism. The franchise owner came to inspect the job and provide an estimate of the work needed. We then scheduled the job at our convenience. We were reminded via email of the upcoming appointment. The Crew arrived on the scheduled day right on time and ready to work. Due to the amount of build-up, power cleaning was not an option. The crew actually had to do all the work by hand, using several different cleaners, much of the time on their hands and knees. When the job was completed and we saw the results, we were TOTALLY blown away! The entire shower stall and door looked like brand new. We couldn't believe our eyes! It was absolutely amazing what this team could do. We would recommend Sir Grout without hesitation to anyone needing this type of service.
