We used Sir Grout of Houston today to change our grout color from a very light color to a tobacco brown. We had to fix the work of a poor contractor who let dirt mix with the grout and ended up with uneven grout color. Sir Grout made each appointment on time and the technicians were very efficient, good natured and thorough in the work they completed. I would definitely work with them again and recommend this company 100%.

Contacted Sir Grout to do grout repair and refinish our large shower/sauna tile, as well as the shower and sink in our master bathroom, and Olen did a great job. He got the job done in good time, did an excellent job, and cleaned the showers, etc. after he was finished. We were very pleased!
I would be remiss if I didn't follow up and tell you what a wonderful job the Sir Grout technician did on our 2 bathrooms. They look great, like new. Every detail was perfect and it's a great comfort to know that everything is sealed up and protected.
In addition, the Sir Grout technician is a super nice fellow and very professional, even the cat liked him (and she hates everybody). He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and he also spent the extra time afterwards to advise us how to maintain things so the work lasts and stays looking great.
I'm very glad we decided to go ahead and have the work done by Sir Grout. If you ever need a local reference from a very satisfied customer we'd be glad to provide one.

Great Price, excellent service. Charge by the area not by the hour, so they can do the job right. I used to hate mopping because of our ugly grout, but now mopping is a lot more fun, and I take more pride in doing a good job to make it last.
I thought our floor was clean, just the grout was bad - but after they ran their special scrubber I was embarrassed at how much gunk was just down there. They made great suggestions on better quality cleaning products and sealers to use. I can seriously see a big difference on a daily basis. Thanks to the Sir Grout technician for doing such a wonderful job and all your advice.
I would use them again in a heartbeat. Some of the best customer service you can get, and that is getting more rare these days.

Update 5/20/16: We had our bookshelves rebuilt, which exposed some old tile and grout, and Greg came out and made the old grout match the already upgraded grout. Awesome customer service. He also gave my wife some advice on yearly maintenance we didn't know, which should save us $$$ in the long run.
It is a three step process and the grout looks very clean, brand new and will not stain... I am happy!
I used Sir Grout for my home in Queens... The owner came with his staff and really amazed me with the prompt and courteous service to begin with. I asked him at the last hour if he can have his men take care of another bathroom and he said no problem. Stayed late into the evening which really amazed me again and did a fantastic job! I was a bit worried they would rush, but they did not! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends, Great job!
