I needed help to freshen up my bathtub and floor tile grout. Ann provided good recommendations and a clear estimate. I was able to schedule at a convenient day/time. Kevin was the technician who repaired, re-stained and sealed the tile and replaced the caulking. He's great! He is a wizard at making old tile look new. The precision of his work is really impressive. And he recommended the best color for the floor grout to match the new paint on the walls. My bathroom looks so much better and I'm very happy!
Chris showed on time, listened as I discussed what was expected and he performed as expected. Chris was very personable. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout and Chris gave me a price on an additional grout job which I will have Sir Grout do and will request to have Chris again.
The technician, Robert, arrived promptly at 9 AM as scheduled. He went right to work and after a couple of hours the job was done very professionally and to perfection! The cost for the job was fair in our opinion. We would definitely recommend Sir Grout to anyone who needs grout work done in their home.

When Sir Grout says customer satisfaction is their top priority, they mean it. Kevin was the technician who restored my marble vanity in the master bathroom. He also cleaned the grout on the floor and caulked the seams of my shower. He came on time, and meticulously restored my damaged counter top. The previous own never sealed the vanity. Kevin made it look like new. For those of you that think you need to replace a marble vanity, don't! Call Sir Grout to make your counter top look like new. They are exemplary of a company I trust.
