Mike was in time for both the initial estimate for the work as well as when he came to complete the work. He did an outstanding job, and my floor and shower look brand new again! Can't thank him enough for the quality work and guidance on maintenance.
This is the 2nd time I hire Sir Grout to clean my bathroom and seal the area where mold can grow. They did an amazing job, showed up on time, cleaned everything with meticulous detail and explained how to maintain it. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants a job well done.
Todd was very professional and courteous. No pressure and he took time to explain the entire process. Their rates were extremely competitive. He was sensitive to my time frame and scheduled his people to meet my needs. When Tyler came he was on time and a very nice person. He finished in a day and a half and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them.

Everything about my experience with Sir Grout was great! Matt was punctual, both when he came to give me a quote and when he came for the actual work. He cleaned and regrouted the tile floor of a large shower stall and re-caulked all of the joints. The shower looks so much better! I would not hesitate to hire him again for another job!
