Great service, every in person appointment started on time. We received a confirmation call one day before each appointment. I love it when the technician is excited about the work. He was as pleased as we were. That's a great sign... Sir Grout was a great decision!
It is always a pleasure to work with Sir Grout. I have worked with them on various tile and grout cleaning and repair projects and the results are always fantastic! they are a true professionals who are courteous, friendly, timely and dedicated to not only their craft, but customer service as well. They are extremely knowledgeable of all the products, performance and results of the requested work. They estimate the correct time needed to complete the job so other contractors can be scheduled accordingly keeping projects on track and timely for the homeowner. They are always my "go to" professional for tile and grout cleaning, repair and flooring restoration methods I always recommend them to anyone in need of the services provided by Sir Grout for their project.
My shower is gorgeous! I also had the shower pan done and new doors. All subsequent workers were amazed at how good the work was.
Really great service! The owner gives a really honest appraisal of the current state and absolutely knows what he's talking about. He was able to remove rust stains from our old balcony saving us from having the pay for entirely re-tiling it! Excellent experience, would rehire them in a heartbeat and can thoroughly recommend them!
We have older bathrooms but they were able to get them looking 100% better! Clean grout really stands out nicely against the tile. Extremely professional and courteous. Makes me so much happier to go into my bathroom. Highly satisfied!!
I had a shower leak that no amount of caulk would fix. I found Sir Grout on Google, called, had an estimate in days and the work completed in a week. The technicians were professional, friendly and fast! My shower and tile floor are now mold free. I would recommend using Sir Grout to anyone looking to refresh their tile.
