Wow! My hopes were high, after reading other reviews and seeing before-and-after photos, and Chris and Brian did not disappoint! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. Sir Grout responded quickly to my consultation request. When Chris showed up, he could have easily told me that I needed re-sealing on all the tiles in the bathroom, and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. The estimate was lower than I was expecting, and was money very well spent. Chris was very responsive to questions I had, and in telling me what to expect from their process. Brian was done in less than one day, left everything spotless, and the bathroom looks great! I honestly thought we might have to start over with new tiles, since everything looked dirty. Cleaning the bathroom will no longer be my least-favorite chore. I wish all contractors/home improvement companies were as easy to work with!
Excellent service. Really transformed the terrible work by the previous contractor. On-time, thorough, walked me through a few obstacles/options. Could not recommend more highly!
I am so impressed with Sir Grout! Marty and Corey were thorough, professional, courteous, and efficient. I had well water stains, fake grout, peeling and eroding sealant, and just a gross looking shower floor. They restored it and it looks like new again! And all at a great price!
Everyone who comes into our house is so impressed with our "new" floor it's hard to believe it is ten years old. 5 star experience from beginning to end. Excellent communications by phone, text and email. The professional technicians, Chris and Carl, explained everything as they worked from beginning to end. Finally, Chris went through the care instructions twice with us to make sure the treatment would last another ten years. Hats off to the Sir Grout team.
I was amazed by the Bathroom results, thought I would need a whole bathroom replacement and had Sir Grout restore the tile and pan and saved about $10,000. Thanks again!!!
The technician from Sir Grout, was our specialist scheduled to clean and repair the grout and tile in our 13 years old stall shower. Not only was He efficient and knowledgeable, but was absolutely a pleasure to have around for 4 hours! He was so courteous and pleasant to chat with even hugged and played with my puppy. Wish every contractor/specialist who worked with us was like Him. And my shower looks fabulous!! Thanks Tom.
