I found Sir Grout doing a Google search and could not be happier with the service I received. They came quickly to do a no obligation evaluation of the issue, followed by a price estimate. Once we decided to move forward, scheduling for repair was also speedy. The service person arrived on time and was respectful of our house. He did an excellent job, was clean and neat in his work and a nice person as well. Overall, a great experience.
Oscar and Marie, the Sir Grout technicians, were incredible. They went out of their way to ensure that we had the best possible outcome. We are elated that we found Sir Grout of Jupiter to refresh our bathroom shower. The cost was reasonable for the amount of backbreaking worked performed. Kudos to the Sir Grout team.
Great service and a reasonable price. Our floors ended up spotless and beautiful, and we received good guidance.
Sir Grout restored our 1980s tile in 2 bathrooms to their original beauty!
While many hours were required, the restoration process saved us thousands of dollars compared to destroying the perfectly sound tile and installing new.
SirGrout, Scott and Luke, deserve more than a five rating. Very professional and hard working. Scott's bid was right on and Luke's expertise and detail surpassed most I've experienced. Master shower and kitchen floor look brand new. Latitude Margaritaville.
We recently purchased a home in Fairhope, AL, and wanted to clean 6 years worth of tile grout filth that we inherited. After attempting to clean everything on our own and getting overwhelmed by products and methods, we decided to call in a professional. We saw a Facebook ad for Sir Grout Gulf Coast, and after reading several favorable reviews, decided to give them a call.
We received a prompt call back and scheduled a free in home estimate with Casey a few days later. He explained their cleaning service and performed a few test cleanings to show us the results that we could expect, including testing a few grout color options. Casey presented us with a reasonable quote for a large primary bath area (including walk-in closets) and two smaller baths.
On the scheduled work day, Casey and Colton (an assistant) arrived by 8:30 am and immediately got to work cleaning tiles and grout. They took great care to protect our floors and furnishings, and completed the scheduled work by mid-afternoon. We were very pleased with the service we received, and our tile looks brand new!
After using our shower, we discovered a couple of grout lines that didn't look right. We reached out to Casey with a couple of pictures, and he promptly came back out to our house to re-color the grout lines.
To say we were happy with our experience would be an understatement. Casey was great to work with and took the time to explain everything and address our concerns. He even gave us a bottle of pH neutral Sir Grout cleaner concentrate that should last us for a long time. We will absolutely call on Sir Grout Gulf Coast again in the future.
We had a terrific experience with Sir Grout! Our technician Shakayla was courteous and did a fantastic job with our tile. It looks brand new! Highly recommend this company and their services.
These guys are incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and thorough. From Zach, the sales rep, to the techs Omar and Juan, this is a truly professional team. They'll even give you an in home demonstration of how much of a difference their process can make.
I take pretty good care of my flooring, but was truly shocked at how much better they made things look. The deep cleaning prep was awesome and the ColorSeal for the grout is amazing. The grout lines are blended in now and repaired as needed. It makes the floor look better than when it was installed.
The pricing is fair, and I would use them again in a second. If you have been sitting there looking at ugly floors, book them now!
Sir Grout did an excellent job, was on time, and left the area clean and looking like new. Jerome did a great job, on time, and very professional.
Just had two bathrooms and a shower done by a great person and experienced worker, Ed, with Sir Grout. If you call and ask for Ed, you will be very happy with the results. 👍
