I made an appointment with the owner who worked with me on what I was trying to accomplish in the short term as well as suggestions on what would really make the floors look great in the future. I have to say, I am very happy with the outcome. I had the tiles in our shower cleaned and color-sealed and they really look brand new again. Later on, I may have this done in the rest of the house however for this visit he cleaned and re-sealed the rest of the tiles so everything looks shiny again, just in time for our Holiday visitors.
Purchased a home in Nashville area with a large master bathroom with beautiful stone work that needed a refresh. Sir Grout worked their magic on the marble floor, counters and shower stonework. When Sir Grout finished the stonework was fully restored and looking great! Reliable and excellent work.
Cleaned and polished bathroom marble floor and cleaned and sealed tile floor grout in kitchen. Also, repaired chipped tile in kitchen so well you can't tell it was chipped. Better than expected. Great!
Let's just say I couldn't have had a better, more professional experience, then in dealing with the team of Sir Grout. From start to finish of the tile floor in my home. They made them look better than ever!!! The best they ever looked. I so appreciated the special attention to make me a happy customer. I highly recommend!
I used Sir Grout to hone and polish my marble counter-tops. When doing research and seeking quotes, they were the only ones that wanted to come to the house and look at the counter-tops in person. This tell me they are thorough and professional. They arrived on time, actually a little early, explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions. Once I called to book, they were able to schedule me within the same week. The worker who actually did the work was extremely professional and did great work. I would recommend them and certainly would use them again.
I am really happy with the job Sir Grout did on my slate walk-in shower. The walls needed its regular clean and reseal. The owner came and did an estimate and it was a fair price. The tech was a nice, polite young man who did a terrific job on the slate. I am really happy with the result. The natural blue/green beauty of the slate reemerged! Thanks so much.
Our initial contact was for an estimate for cleaning and sealing tile. Process was professionally explained and an agreed upon time was set by the owner. the technician showed up right on time, called as promised and did an amazing job in a matter of a few hours!! The guys performed excellent work. I would recommend the color seal vs the clear seal. We used the clear seal first, and it did not work well on our floors , we have very light gray tile and grout. The color seal was more expensive, but worth it as our tile floors look brand new.
