Tim, the owner and operator of Sir Grout Westchester is first class! He redid two bathrooms and our kitchen and entry tile floors. The grout looks fantastic and he is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work. The price was very fair. Tim does all the work himself and really knows how to clean and repair grouted floors and walls in the best possible way that doesn't waste your money. I recommend him without hesitation.
We bought a house with a shower that had been badly neglected. Tatiana gave us a great assessment of the situation and a quote. Due to our time restrictions, they were able to schedule us in for Labor Day! We are so grateful! The shower looks amazing, and we had them thoroughly clean our tile floors. We are so happy with the results! Thank you!!!
Called on a Friday, had an in-person quote Monday morning, and the work was completed the next day by 2p.m on a primary bathroom and another full bath with shower.
Jose & Tim did the work. They arrived on time, suggested 2 color matches for the tile work: grout for floors, and both bathrooms. I liked their input and offered a 3rd color! Above and beyond. We chose 2 different colors. The end result was everything I hoped for and more.
The mold that seeped into the grout and the tiles in bad shape all looked BRAND new after Jose and Tim were done. They re-grouted some shaky floor tiles near the shower. Very satisfied with their prompt and friendly service from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and prompt as well.
Karl and PJ did an exceptional job on my two +50-year-old bathrooms. Fabulous facelifts. They were punctual and keen to detail, explaining everything beforehand and making changes to the original plan. Everything was left clean. We were so pleased with the job they did.
We are humans and can miss things. When I contacted Karl about a few missed areas, he came the next day and cheerfully corrected the missed places. He even checked the other bathroom, although I said it was fine. I was also impressed with the time they took regarding upkeep and how I can maintain the look. They stand behind their workmanship and want your tile and grout to last decades if maintained properly.
