Estimator showed up on time, thoroughly explained our tile and grout issues, their process for repairing and protecting. Installer tech showed up as scheduled, and followed through with the explained process. Looks great now.

We had Sir Grout clean all of our tile, grout, master shower, and granite. Michael, Larson, Omar, and Juan were here for 2 whole days and worked continuously from 7:30 to 4:30. They were respectful, polite, and very hard workers. After cleaning 2000 square feet of tile, they put a color seal on all of our grout, which made it look brand new. The color seal is supposed to last 5 years. They helped move all of our big furniture and put it all back when done. They also cleaned and sealed all of our granite countertops. I highly recommend Sir Grout and their employees for all your cleaning of tile, grout, stone, and granite!
We just had all of our tile floors, a shower, and a large tub restored. We are pleased as punch with the results. All of them look brand new. I couldn't be happier.
We were very impressed with Jerome and Shawn, the technicians. They were efficient, well organized, and explained every step of the process. Most of all, both young men were cheerful and professional. The whole process went smoothly and timely.
Amazing bathroom transformation. I had my master shower and floor done along with a hall bath floor. Chris was great with estimates and coordination and Jamey did a phenomenal job with the cleaning and color seal. No hesitation to recommend and use again in the future! Well worth the investment.
The two workers were so nice! On time, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards and the floors are beautiful! Very glad I chose to refresh the grout color looks brand new!
I contacted Sir Grout for my grout cleaning, and they did an amazing job! They were awesome. My tile floors look brand new and I had some serious grout stains, especially in the high traffic areas. And stayed in touch throughout the process. Thanks Leo and his team! Highly recommend!
Sir Grout's Peter did a great job on the grout in both of our bathrooms. The previous owners were not very good at cleaning and keeping things well maintained.
Peter took care of all the grout issues: replaced some joints, steam cleaned, replaced caulk, secured a shelf, added cement under a tile that had a void underneath, sprayed anti-microbial on everything, and left some colored grout sealer so we could seal and stain the new grout to match the old grout.
He was constantly checking with me before he did some extra work, and completed everything in one day. It looks great. It was well-worth the cost and peace of mind. Thank you, Peter, and Sir Grout!
Since we bought our home, we have had issues with the grout turning orange and a mildew black color because the shower was not sealed properly, so no matter what we used to clean or scrub it with, it was never fixing the problem. When we first met Joe, he took the time to analyze our shower and tile. He explained what the process would look like to refresh everything in order to have it look clean and new again. On the day of the repair, Jeremy and Corey showed up and were very professional and nice. The project consisted of cleaning, scraping, using a new grout for the entire shower, fresh sealer around the glass, and a sealer for the tile.
They did a great job from beginning to end and even finished ahead of the scheduled time. They also did a good job at making sure they cleaned up everything at the end. In addition, Joe stopped by to inspect everything and to check in to see if there were any questions we had. He made sure he explained how to carefully clean the shower with his Sir Grout cleaning solution and wanted to ensure we were happy with the finished product. The shower looks amazing! We are so happy with the results and would highly recommend Joe and his team at Sir Grout! We were happy to support this veteran-owned business!
Highly recommended! We had a great call with Jada to scope our multi-room project. She was wonderful in helping us partition this into 2 projects in a timely manner. The technician, Justin, was excellent. Very informative, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and willing to adjust one of our requests. Not to mention the work came out perfect. I will be requesting Justin in the future. We look forward to the 2nd project in the upcoming months!
The walls in our pre-war bathroom in Manhattan are entirely tile, and the floor has the original 1930 tile. 2 Sir Grout people came to replace the grout from the old tile wall and clean the vintage floor. AMAZING! Wonderful job from great people who worked so hard and finished the job in a day. My only regret is we didn't do this years ago. I will not wait so long next time! THANK YOU for the GREAT JOB!
