Our newly refurbished master shower looks great. I was greatly surprised by the amount of equipment and effort needed to do the job. Andrew spent the entire day steam cleaning, removing old grout, and replacing the old grout at all the right angles with acrylic grout. It should have been done this way when it was new.
Now it looks great, is clean top to bottom, is grouted properly, and now sealed. Thanks again for a great job.
Oscar and Fredo did an excellent job. This was quite a transformation. They fixed cracked grout, cracked tiles and color sealed four bathrooms for us in 1 day. Well worth the investment.
Ed did a fantastic job on our floors. Frankly, they look brand new. Before beginning the process, he explained everything, then got right to work. The floors are clean, shiny, regrouted, and protected. I love the color of the grout and how the whole floor looks.
It was a fraction of the cost of replacing the floor, and a fraction of the time. Plus, there was zero dust and no odor at all. In half a day, it was all done. I'm so pleased with the process and the result.
After an initial glitch in getting some questions answered after receiving our initial estimate, we are very pleased with the work performed by Chris and Hunter. The process and scheduling were great.
The tile grout looks better than new. Their attention to detail and the suggestions and education provided to preserve their work were outstanding.
These guys did a great job bringing new life to a floor that was installed in 1912! If you need to have a stone floor deep cleaned, these are the people to call!
Derek did an awesome job listening to our requests and implementing solutions! Our ensuite bathroom now looks clean and attractive. He introduced us to the pH-neutral cleaner and gave us great instructions on how to keep it looking great. He always showed up on time and was courteous and cooperative. Thank you, Derek and Sir Grout.
I didn't believe that my shower could look like new again. Pedro and his partner did a great job. The floor looks great, too. Good customer service during busy times. I will definitely recommend and use them again.
It was very professional from beginning to end. They sent a team member to our house, and he provided all the information we needed to make a decision. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and we were very satisfied with the results.
Katie from Sir Grout Richmond did a wonderful job cleaning and sealing our kitchen and bathroom floors! She was timely and made our rooms look brand new. I would highly recommend their services!
This is my first time using Sir Grout. The experience was great from the beginning to the end. Thanks to the sales manager, Mike, and the technician, Romeo.
I am very happy with the result and will definitely recommend it to my friends and neighbors. Romeo is great, experienced, and professional. Thumbs up!
