This is our third time using the Sir Grout Co, once in Jacksonville, FL, and twice in Charlotte, NC, and we have been so pleased with the results each time. Jamar was the estimator both times in Charlotte and Xavier performed his magic both times cleaning, grouting, and sealing our master shower making it look brand new again. Both were polite, and knowledgeable and took off their shoes before entering our home.
Outstanding customer service and an amazing work ethic with this company. Sir Grout redid the grout on the walls & floor of our shower, the grout around our soaking tub and repaired some tile. They also cleaned and shined up granite countertops in the bathroom, kitchen and bar areas.
Leo came out initially and was great explaining their process and he brought Joseph out the day they were scheduled to do the work.
Joseph was amazing. He did beautiful work and he never stopped working all day. What a great work ethic! Joseph is a perfectionist and made our bathroom look brand new. Leo and Joseph were amazing to work with. Great company!
5 stars to Sir Grout! If I could give 10 stars I would! My bath shower came to life 3 years ago but the grout was never sealed. Team member Peter cleaned & sealed the walls, floor looks better than new! One word EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you Peter! Sir Grout is lucky to have you on their team!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Sir Grout Tustin did an amazing job restoring my bathroom. It looks as if it was brand new.
Sir Grout of New Castle County steam cleaned, recolored, buffed, and sealed our grout in both our tile bathroom floor and also slate entry floor today. It looks great and we are very pleased. Mark worked very hard for 9 hours with a great motor. He was very professional with lots of attention to the quality of the work. Cole, who is the manager and originally provided the quote, also participated. He is also personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I feel that they provided high value (performance/price ratio) and we highly recommend it.
About 2 years ago, we had a contractor come in to renovate our bathroom. They did a terrible job on the grout and tile work. There was hazing all over the brand-new tile, and the grout got dirty FAST.
Matt came in with exceptional pricing and did a phenomenal job. Matt's work made me enjoy my new bathroom again. He hand-polished all the tile and removed the hazing, cleaned and sealed our grout back to a beautiful white, and he re-caulked the tub. Not only was I impressed with his work, but he's genuinely the easiest dude to work with, and I promise you the money you spend is worth it! I cannot thank him enough!
Sir Grout Houston repaired/replaced the grout/caulk on our entryway floor tiles, kitchen backsplash tiles, and master shower tiles. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience, from the initial owner's (Courtney) visit/quote to the finished quality of the work performed by the craftsman (Nico). Very professional, pleasant, accommodating folks at Sir Grout Houston. I highly recommend them for any type of tile repair/replacement work.
Just finished my first experience with Sir Grout Crystal Coast. We got our entire master bath flooring and custom shower serviced with new grout. We also got our granite countertops polished, resealed, and new grout. What a difference! The whole experience was top-notch. The consultation with Joe (owner) was concise and the quote was really clear. Scheduling and communication were prompt, clear, and timely. Jeremy focused on all the work in the bathroom and did a phenomenal job. He was on time, quiet, and cleaned up like he was never there. Joe did the kitchen countertops himself and was very thoughtful and open to explaining all the steps to me. He provided great recommendations for maintenance that we can do on our own.
I will definitely be calling Joe to help me keep my granite and floor tile looking good. An added plus, Joe is a veteran and I love supporting veteran-owned businesses. This is one home maintenance call that won't disappoint. Thank you Sir Grout Crystal Coast!
I am totally impressed and happy with the job Sir Grout did on our kitchen tiles. The sales representative, Zach was so kind and made efforts to do a little of the work to preview the results before we committed.
