The job was done in one day. He worked diligently and continuously. The floor looks great. The loose tiles have been reglued, and the eroded and discolored grout has been completely refreshed.
Sean and Christian were excellent, they showed up exactly on time, explained the whole process, and moved and replaced furniture flawlessly. The quality of the work and result was exceptional. I highly recommend Sir Grout.

What an excellent job Javier did cleaning both bathrooms' tiles, removing old caulking and replacing it in bathrooms and kitchen! I greatly appreciated his thoroughness and care, his professionalism and knowledge sharing tips on the best ways to maintain the areas. I highly recommend Sir Grout. Richard, who initially came to meticulously review my needs in the apartment, efficiently (and quickly!) provided a reasonable quote. 3 visits from Sir Grout of Central New Jersey and 3 over-the-top experiences. Searching for years for tile restoration in my 6-year-old house. Even from the first phone call, I was amazed by the level of professionalism. I can't say enough about the tile work performed in 3 showers and the resealing of one granite countertop. I am happy to be in my shower again because it was stained so bad from the very beginning of the installation that I felt unclean and now I am so happy every day and I think I always will be. We were just getting ready to rip it all out and because of Sir Grout, we didn't have to. And they will return every two years to resurface if we wish and we certainly do wish that.
Tile is too important to leave it to unprofessional or uncaring technicians but it is obvious that everyone in this firm is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Our contacts were Anthony from sales, and Harry, Alex, and Jose as technicians. I've spoken twice to Jason on the phone and equally as pleased and we are certainly recommending Sir Grout to anyone we can. If you think your case is hopeless, you must call and give them a chance and they will be very honest about what they can do for you. Thank you again.
John was very professional and conscientious. He cared about his work and wanted us to be fully pleased, which we were. I feel like he was very honest as he assessed our bathrooms and determined what needed to be done. I got 5 quotes, and he was one of the more expensive ones, which is usually grounds to choose someone else. But he seemed way more knowledgeable/credible and conscientious than the others, so I went with him. Now that he's completed the work, I feel even better about my choice. I would definitely choose him again.
Great service from Sir Grout Boston owner Chris and great workmanship from Jimmy. My bathroom has 100-year-old tile work. You can't make that look like new (and I wouldn't want it to look that way) but the re-grouting & cleaning made it look great.
