Highly recommend for tile cleaning services! Had a tricky slate tile with tape residue, but Brian and his team worked a miracle. Thank you!
Joe M does great work! Very conscientious in how he works and cares for the outcome of the project. Highly recommend!
He showed up on time and worked hard to achieve the end result, which was great! The shower looks like new.
This is our second time using Sir Grout, and both times we have been very happy with their work and professionalism.
Today, we had Randy for one of our walk-in showers. He did a great job! We will definitely use them again when the need arises!
It was a pleasure working with Marc and his team at Sir Grout. The whole experience was seamless. Marc came for the estimate and gave me some options I wasn't aware were possible. The quote was very reasonable, we set a timely appointment, Gregory and Anastasia were true professionals, and now my tile has been transformed! I am very happy! 12/10 recommend!
Two walk-in showers refurbished. Excellent work. Friendly and professional. Did not leave a mess.
The service and execution were above and beyond my expectations. I did the intake call with Ann. This was efficient and painless, and in less than 30 minutes, I had a detailed quote outlining everything from our call.
Jonathan was our technician, and he was on time and very professional. He walked through the quote with me in the space line item by line item and reviewed all details again upon completion of the project. The price was more than reasonable for the service and quality of the work. I highly recommend these services.
What a wonderful alternative to scraping the tile from the concrete slab and retiling. Omar came and cleaned, colored, and refinished our grout. Then, he sealed the grout and our tile. What a difference it has made. Omar was very conscientious and kept the work area clean at all times.
Kevin and his team have done an amazing job on our kitchen floor, bathroom floor and floor to ceiling shower stall. The original contractor who laid the tile failed to properly seal the grout, and we've lived in our home over 12 years now (with 4 kids). The estimate was fair for the services provided, the team was professional, courteous, detailed, and treated our home like it was their own. Sir Grout warranties their work and delivers an amazing finished product.
Very professional. The technician arrived on time and did an outstanding job. He also gave me some pointers on how to keep my shower grout and tiles in good shape throughout the year.
