Tim did an amazing job cleaning and sealing the grout in our kitchen and bathrooms. He identified problems and proposed solutions to each issue that he found. He was thoughtful and courteous. And he helped me to identify the best way to care for my floors going forward, which is no small job given that I have 4 Labradors. Tim also identified a few places where caulk had cracked, which could have led to water damage and mold. He repaired those as well. This is the second time in 5 years that I have called on Sir Grout, and I do not expect it to be the last. Thank you, Tim!

I am so pleased with the job done by Sir Grout. They came right away to give me a reasonable quote for the refresh I needed for my shower. They were able to schedule within a few days. Carter spent all day on the job, working for perfection. Very pleased with the results. The shower looks as good as it did when the house was brand new. I HIGHLY recommend Sir Grout!
Sir Grout really knows their stuff! Our technician, Andrew, was very respectful, knowledgeable, and effective in cleaning and sealing the grout for our master shower. He talked us through every step of the process and did a fantastic job. I will certainly contact them again in the future for periodic maintenance of our shower, or if I have any other tile that needs attention!
We just had them do our bathroom floors and tile countertop. GREAT JOB!!! I have been trying for years to get my tile bathroom floors clean but they have a rough surface and it was impossible to get them clean. Sir Grout did a fantastic job! Can't believe the floor is actually clean 🙂. And my daughter said the other bathroom where the smooth tile with half inch grout lines is, looks like a brand new floor! They stained the grout to a darker color and it looks really great without needing to replace any tile or grout. Thanks guys!

Outstanding work by Romeo and Ed! They showed up on time and worked professionally to make my shower look new! I particularly appreciated their depth of knowledge when they informed me of the best way to clean the grout to minimize any issues I might have in the future.

I was referred to Cole by a friend. Sir Grout just finished a job for her, and she was totally satisfied. Cole came to our home, explained his process in detail, and quoted us what we thought was a fair price. He did our large Sunroom (16:20), our Mud Room, our guest bathroom, and our master bath including the shower. He said it would be a two-day job and it was. He communicated with us every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, fastidious, and patient. He presented himself in such a way that we were very comfortable having him in our home. We were pleased with his effort and recommended him for similar work.
We recently had the firm clean and fix some touch up in our shower. The work was outstanding, and we now feel we have a new shower stall. Thank you, Sir Grout.
