Amazing! I can't say enough great things about the work Chris and his team did to take our shower from looking like a disaster to looking brand-new. They fully reworked all of our grout and, due to some "issues" from our builder, the work was far more than expected. They stuck through it though, got it done despite having far more work than expected, and now everything looks amazing. Thanks again!

Received a recommendation from a friend for this business/service. Great recommendation! The owner, Joe, did a free estimate for my bathroom walls and floor, which was very reasonable. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After completing the work, I was totally amazed and very happy. A fantastic transformation! They did a great and very thorough job. I highly recommend it.

Sir Grout Tampa did a shower restoration for our master bathroom. Aesthetically, our biggest concern prior to their work was whether the new grout color would complement the existing tile and marble as well as match the epoxy grout that was going to be used. Ainier and Chris arrived promptly and assured us that they would get our approval for the colors prior to their application. When it came time to approve the colors, the pre-selected grout color was absolutely the wrong color, and the one that was determined to be the appropriate color, they had to go offsite to get enough to complete the job which delayed their work by an hour; however, that didn't stop them from going.
They diligently worked until dusk to complete the job but when it became apparent that the grout and epoxy grout colors were significantly different even though they used the corresponding colors the manufacturer recommended, Ainier made arrangements to come back the next morning to color the epoxy grout so that it matched the grout color. We are so thankful for Ainier's commitment to quality work and we appreciate him for taking extra steps to ensure that we are happy with the results. Now, we're determining when it will be a good time for them to come back and do our other shower!
Tim, owner of Sir Grout Westchester, runs a great business! He came on day 1 and gave me a very detailed estimate of the project, on day 2 he arrived as scheduled. He repaired my grout in 3 rooms and cleaned the tiles. He was efficient and courteous, and the quality of his work was outstanding. The floors look better than brand new. I would highly recommend him to work. He even gave me detailed instructions on how to clean the floor and what products to use!
Sir Grout serviced my master shower, cleaning both the floor and wall tile, replacing the grout in the floor tile, color sealing the wall tile, and applying epoxy caulking to the wall/floor junction. The work they did was outstanding, after 18 years of use my shower looks better than new. Sir Grout was not cheap, but the work they did was fantastic. I will certainly contact them for any future tile or grout jobs I have.
