Thanks Dirk and Sir Grout for the fabulous work in our condominium. Jerome and Sean did excellent work and brought the tile and marble in three bathrooms and showers back to new, along with the granite in our entire kitchen. The grout repairs, epoxy grout work, sand grout and tile cleaning, color sealing and caulking was all spectacular. Sean and Jerome arrived on time and operate very efficiently together. They completed their work in a very timely and professional manner and we simply could not be more pleased with the final product. We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.
We had horrible dirty tile and stained, nasty grout thanks to some house-breaking dogs. I couldn't get the floors cleaned no matter what I tried. Ryan came to my house, explained that his company is really in the restoration business, not just cleaning. Sure enough, the grout was restored to its original color and our floors look like new. Ryan's team was very considerate with our belongings and our time. Worth every penny! Now upkeep is a breeze. Thank you, Sir Grout!
I received nothing in compensation for leaving this review, I had my bathroom shower regrouted and shower walls and bathroom floor redone. They truly made the bathroom look brand new! They were diligent to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Tony is a hard worker and did a phenomenal job. I'm just sad I don't contact Sir Grout sooner.
Just had a consult with Dan from Sir Grout. He was so helpful. Apparently, my marble shower stains are internal and not really treatable but he was upfront about what could and could not be done and did not waste my time or money. He had good recommendations for what we should do going forward and was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend it heartily.
Jeff and his crew were professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. We are replacing our shower doors and had to have the grout filled and repaired. Jeff came over gave a quote. We set a date and time for the work. J.B., Jeff's employee, showed up on the time we set and was done in the time frame he said he would be. Shower looks great and we can even tell there once was a door. Thanks for the great and stress free work!
Sir Grout is knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. I had no idea the outcome would leave us with a "brand new" looking main shower and bathroom floor. We couldn't be more pleased with Scott who assessed our issues and the diligent and thorough Carter who performed the work. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout.
I scheduled a grout cleaning for our master shower even though I never heard anything good about grout cleaning. Wow! Jarrod from Sir Grout came in, looked around and got to work. He was like a machine, arms and elbows flying! When he was done, I was shocked. it looked like a new shower! And while I had a bit of an upgraded cleaning, he said it would last 6-7 years with regular cleaning. If you are on the fence, jump down on the Sir Grout side. And ask for Jarrod if you are in Phoenix.
