We had been trying for some time to restore our almost 30-year-old shower when we found Sir Grout. They are a family owned franchise and did a superb job. We, in essence, now have a new shower. Their efficiency and lack of disruption was also very impressive. My wife and I cannot recommend Sir Grout highly enough.
I came to visit my parents for Thanksgiving since the whole family will be coming to their home for the holiday. Their kitchen floor needed some cleaning! I asked their neighbors if they knew anyone who could help and that's when they recommended Sir Grout Tacoma. I called and spoke to Mason about what I needed done. He was very personable and gave me a quote the same day. I let him know I needed it done before Thanksgiving and he was able to fit me right in. I can't express how absolutely thrilled I am with my floors. They look brand new and my house looks clean!!! I had doubts at first about hiring Sir Grout because I wasn't sure it would be worth the money, but I'm so glad I went through with it. Our floor was installed over 25 years ago. Sir Grout made them look new again and I am very pleased with the outcome. Although this was a smaller project than the company Sir Grout normally does, we are very grateful to you Mr Sanchez, and your staff for your kindness and willingness to help us senior citizens. Ryan responded quickly to review the areas to be cleaned, provided a competitive quote and had us on the schedule in a timely manner. Rudy was there promptly on the day of service, and although he was unexpectedly alone, he was professional, pleasant and did a remarkable job! I was very impressed with Sir Grout and particularly Rod. Very professional, courteous and friendly. The floors came out looking beautiful!! He explained throughout the process what he was going to do, and I am so happy with the results! Also texted that he was going to be there 15 minutes later than the appointment time...
