Kashan and his team were great!!! Our floors turned out beautiful and it wasn't an easy job. Andres is so wonderful and very detail oriented and Pedro is a very hard worker… Kudos to the team. We couldn't be happier, our floors look brand new.
The Sir Grout team did an excellent job. They were extremely thorough, paid close attention to detail and arrived on time. All of my expectations were met, and my kitchen's floor is back to looking like it did when it was first put down!

We just bought a condo and were considering re-doing our master shower. It was really in a bad state. So we called Sir Grout and a couple of other companies to come in and give estimates. Tim came in and explained what needed to be done. No pressure selling, just the facts on what they could do. He was also competitively priced. We chose them and man are we glad we did. He sent Ainier... This guy is an artist. His attention to detail, and I mean EVERY detail, is phenomenal. He fixed things we did not even know were there. He took his time and got the job done. He was on time and said he would be done by 4 PM. He was at the door with all his equipment ready to accept payment at 4 as promised. From what the shower was to what it is now is a sight to see. We are SO happy with Sir Grout that we contracted them to do our tiles as well. 5 Stars to this Team!
We are pleased with the results of our main bathroom, guest bathroom, foyer, and kitchen floors. Steve and Jason did a thorough job and now our tile floors look brand new after being cleaned and sealed. Amazing!
Manny is the most professional, polite, skilled craftsman out there! He completely restored all of my bathrooms to better than new condition. One of which was all marble and extremely hard to find someone with the expertise to work on. I cannot recommend him enough!
This is the second time we have used Sir Grout. They make your old tile floors with dirty grout look like new. They arrived right on time and completed the project on time. The technician was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Sir Grout and would use them again.
We had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout! First, we had a complimentary (which was very nice) walk-through consultation with Karl. He was very helpful in addressing all our concerns and questions and explained what we would expect. Then we were scheduled with Tony for the project. He showed up on time and was very professional. He explained the steps of the cleaning to us and had us check on his progress several times during his work to make sure we were satisfied. He did an amazing job! We are absolutely happy with how our shower turned out! We highly recommend Sir Grout!
