I am way beyond happy with the result! My floors look fantastic! They did over 750 square feet of flooring that I never realized was quite that disgusting until it was not... and they put on a coating to make it less slippery which is essential off the lanai!

Sir Grout basically made a 27 year old kitchen tile and marble entryway look better than new! Not only the grout, but the entire flooring surface was spotless when the crew finished. The work was neat, our other floors (wood) protected and it was clear that the work was being done by perfectionists. Thank you Sir Grout!

Clean bathroom marble vanity top, travertine floor, and travertine shower. All work was finished in a timely manner professionally. They let us know the process before starting and stopped to show us their progress during the work. Clean up was excellent and I would recommend them 100%.
Eddie and Jonathan did a fantastic job. (And then Chris was added to the team on day 2!) They were professional and personable. They removed old broken grout, honed our stone tile, and then regrouted. Our 20 year old floor looks brand new! The entire process of that was so much better than expected too. They were clean throughout the process. I can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and are incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services!
What can we say, but just the facts. We called to find out if they could help us reclaim our tile floor. They came by and answered yes, and discussed our expectations on a home built in 1988, they gave us options and agreed to do business. We set a time date and they showed up on time and did an outstanding job and on budget. The whole process including staff was outstanding. Thank you Sir Grout and staff.
Absolutely restored my 20-year-old beige tile to like new condition. The tiles are clean again and the grout is clean, smooth, and a uniform color. I can't say yet how durable the results will be, but the company promised they'll last with proper care. They also communicated with me very well, came exactly on time, and did a great job being careful and thorough while in my house. It's a bit pricey, but if I really do get restored tiles that I never have to regrout and seal again, the price is worthwhile.
